Location is great- the garage signage is awful.

Cons:

They put me in a strange handicap room with an audible tv remote that I couldn't change and a weird picnic table in the room.

Worst hotel ever
Pros:

Do not stay here. They told us parking was covered and after we left, charged over $100 to my card for parking. When I called the hotel to get help, the front desk person was rude, then hung up on me, and no one would help me when I called back over and over. This is the only Hilton Garden Inn that has given my family such a horrible experience! I will never stay at one again.

Very rude
Cons:

The fact that housekeeping came in at 855am when I still had and paid until 11am before checkout. That was very rude to have housekeeping come in while we were still asleep. If the checkout time is 11am then you shouldn't be able to come into a room until then.

I was there one night and it fulfilled that need perfectly
Pros:

The staff was welcoming. The room was was tidy and ready

Cons:

The coffee pot had a pod in it from the previous visitor. The location of the full length mirror did not make sense to me.

It was nice and quiet to sleep there. It was clean.
Pros:

Quiet inside. Comfortable and clean. Nice bed , shower, tv, and coffee pot.

Cons:

The parking was toooo expensive. It should be free for customers.
