Pros:

The room is quiet, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The front-desk attitude is terrible. And they charge me twice (I have already paid in booking, but paid again in front desk). I only noticed it a few days later and they tolds me it was a mistake. More, the breakfast is good but also need to pay.

Muito boa localização, limpo, mas com estacionamento caro.
Pros:

Boa localização, quarto bem limpo e relativamente moderno. Equipe sempre atendeu bem aos pedidos por toalhas extras ou mesmo papel higiênico.

Cons:

Todas as noites precisei solicitar toalhas extras, uma vez que era um quarto para 4 pessoas (2 camas de casal), mas apenas colocavam 3 toalhas no banheiro. Também chamou atenção pelo lado negativo o fato do estacionamento ser cobrado (e ser caro - 24 dólares por noite) e isso não estar claro na página de reserva.

Pros:

It was a good location.

Cons:

The water pressure in our shower was non existent. The water basically just dripped out of the shower head. We called the front desk 3 different times and every time they said they would send someone up to take a look. No one ever came to our room. Never staying here again.

Cons:

The alarm went off at 5 am in the morning. Housekeepers didn't check to see if it was set and I wasn't aware there was an alarm. I couldn't go back to sleep and then had meetings all day. The receptionist only offer to remove the parking charge - I should have been given a free night.
