Pros:

It was a good location.

Cons:

The water pressure in our shower was non existent. The water basically just dripped out of the shower head. We called the front desk 3 different times and every time they said they would send someone up to take a look. No one ever came to our room. Never staying here again.

Cons:

The alarm went off at 5 am in the morning. Housekeepers didn't check to see if it was set and I wasn't aware there was an alarm. I couldn't go back to sleep and then had meetings all day. The receptionist only offer to remove the parking charge - I should have been given a free night.

Pretty alright. Not the best, not the worst. Good location to pretty much all of boulder.
Pros:

Nice location, very clean, friendly staff and affordable.

Cons:

The beds were not very comfortable, and there is no fan in the bathroom so if you bathe, the entire room gets humid.

Very good hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location. Good sized room and good facilities

Cons:

E:mailed them to ask about dinner arrangements for Thanksgiving and didn't get a reply. Ended up arranging to go out to a restaurant only to find that we could have eaten in. Breakfast was expensive for what it was.

Cramped room, Charging port almost inaccessible.
Cons:

Room is very cramped. To pass by the foot of the bed you have to move the desk chair out of the way. Also, the one place to charge electronics is on the side of the desk right next to the wall. Very hard to access. You have to feel your way to plug a charger in. On the Sunday I stayed the TV system for the whole hotel was out. Nothing was said at check in. A serious matter on a Sunday during football season. It took a pointed discussion to get some reduction in fees for the inconvenience. Somewhat reluctantly they comped the 25-dollar parking fee.
