One night stay
Pros:

Easy access to the place with multiple restaurants around

Cons:

As a person in a wheelchair, they did not plow as much and did not clear the ramp. It was difficult to get in and out of my car and the building.

Amazing
Pros:

Chance working at the front desk was exceptional. Will go back just because of his customer service! Keep on rockin!!

Cons:

The parking lot/ sidewalks were not properly tended to with the snow and ice making it hard to park and walk up to the hotel.

Pros:

Chance and all the other staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed the cleanliness and also not having to smell overly used cleaning products.

Cons:

Hearing yelling in the building around 1 am on Friday night. Also, Sunday morning around 4:30 am someone checking in left radio blasting in their vehicle.

Pros:

Staff, cleanliness, bed, ample room

Cons:

Breakfast was not as good as many reported. Classical American style breakfast from a hotel chain. We were unfortunate to have a guest staying on the room above ours and he/she had very heavy and frequent pacing!

A nice respite on a long road trip.
Pros:

Personable and welcoming staff. Easy check in. Clean, comfortable and quiet room.

Cons:

Took me awhile to figure out how to dim the thermostat screen. It's a bright beacon when trying to sleep. Figured it out in the morning. Operator error. Me.

Only reason we stay is for location
Pros:

Location was ideal for venue at MGM Northfield. Breakfast was ok but I've had much better at other Hampton Inns!

Cons:

The room was smaller than I expected. The light did not turn on next to bed. There was a weird smell in the room.
The barn style door for bathroom would not close. It was jammed in the track. I also got a bug bite on my leg which was NOT there before I went to bed.....and there was a mosquito flying around in the bathroom.
One other thing that really bothered me was we left our room at 8:55 to go to breakfast & there were 3 cleaning people out in the hall. We left the do not disturb sign on door to leave our room alone until we checked out which was around 10:30.
