Как предложение в ванну с гидромассажем не пускать с детьми ( есть детский бассейн).
Pros:

Отличный отель. Соответствует своим звездам! Номер супер удобный, красивый, чистый. Обслуживание безупречное, откликались на любую просьбу! Замечательный массаж, мастера великолепные!!!!

Cons:

В бассейне было много народу и при этом никто не следил , что дети прыгали в бассейн ( никто их не останавливал, таблички не помогали). Хотя конечно это вопрос еще и родителям этих детей ( воспитание хромает). Из-за это вокруг бассейна было очень много воды, тапочки намокали. Есть детский бассейн, но родители с маленькими детьми все сидели в ванне с гидромассажем ( причем многие без памперсов 🤦‍♀️).

Чистая роскошь
Pros:

Как приятно было побыть у вас в гостях! Внимание, улыбки, искренняя радость персонала, завтраки отпадные. Такого давно не встречал в отелях Астаны. На мой взгляд лучший отель в городе. Роскошь во всем, в запахах, интерьере, еде. Великолепно! Так держать 👍

Были проблемы с ключами и доступом, но эта проблема оперативно решалась сотрудниками отеля

Вези с прачки 1.5 суток ждал, пока не позвонил не принесли. Вода в кулере в спа зоне горячая в обоих кранах, попросил исправить, ничего не сделали и на следующий день.
