Pros:

Blisko dworca Termini, winda w kamienicy.
Na dole bar gdzie można zjeść śniadanie i wypić kawę.
Byłem tylko jedną noc (od 22 do 8), w drodze z innego miasta na lotnisko, więc moje oczekiwania spełnione.

Close to the train station.
Pros:

The Hotel was close to Roma Termini train station. As I was arriving late, it was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. The room itself was a good size. Everything worked.

Cons:

The hotel is within a larger building. I checked in on one floor and then went up two floors to another area for my room. The overall area did not feel particularly pleasant. There were rough sleepers near the entrance and piles of rubbish in the bins once inside the building. The receptionist was insistent on the city tax being paid in cash. A common theme but he seemed more assertive then others. Then I was told that the reception might be open around 9am the next day for check out. If not, then I should just leave the room keys in my room and close the door. The bathroom only had a rainfall shower. Worked well, but no option to remove the shower head from the wall. All round, the hotel served a purpose for a night, but there are probably better places to stay in nicer areas of Rome.

Emplacement (proximité de la gare Termini et métro, moins de 2km du Colisée). Chambre calme. Personnel à la réception serviable et aimable. Petit déjeuner disponible à proximité. Petit restaurant (Andrea), en face de l’hôtel (prix, qualité, personnel agréable)

Pros:

Седьмой раз мы останавливаемся здесь,в следующий раз тоже сюда.🙂 Чисто,всё как заявлено-ночлег рядом с вокзалом,но в тихом месте. Очень важно,что постельное и полотенца чистые,и есть санузел в номере. Спасибо!🤗

Confortevole!!
Pros:

Ottimo, pulito, personale gentile e disponibile, tutto molto confortevole . Vicino alla stazione Termini e alla metro . A due passi tanti ristoranti e bar, per pranzi , cene e prime colazioni .

No entiendo los comentarios negativos. El hotel está bastante bien, teniendo en cuenta que es de 1 estrella cumple con lo que promete. Si quieres lujos, este no es tu hotel. Pero nosotros solo lo pisabamos para dormir. Está limpio, la cama es cómoda, limpian la habitación todos los días. El agua salía caliente y llegábamos siempre por la noche. La zona no está tan mal como la pintan, me la esperaba mucho peor y al final nada. La ubicación es estratégica, puedes ir andando a cualquier lugar de roma, y si prefieres moverte en metro o bus, lo tienes literalmente a 2 minutos. Yo repetiría la verdad, hemos estado muy cómodos y la relación calidad precio está bastante bien.

Ubicación excelente, habitacion y baño bien, buen tamaño, cómodo y limpios,

Cons:

Las zonas comunes con mala presencia,Escalera sucia, mal aspecto, ascensor todo escrito, contenedores de basura repletos en el interior y en toda la puerta principal. El recepcionista se negó a ayudarnos a reservar un taxi.
