The staff- Monica and Sandra especially were amazing!
Pros:

We had planned to stay one night in between a resort and a flight out! We ended up being here for almost a week. The staff was amazing trying to accommodate us in a horrible situation.

Cons:

The location is great for a commuter night, but there isn’t a lot to do for a long period of time. But for one or two nights it is perfect!

Pros:

The facility is good kept. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Sandra at desktop was great, very helpful with every request. Susi at the dining room was also very friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is close to a lot where they’re working in a construction so it’s a little dirty when you get outside.

La atención del Gerente fue muy amable y en el momento que se le dio la queja de inmediato me atendió de manera personal y por parte del personal muy amables!!!

Cons:

Que no hubo comida diferente en el desayuno, el aseo en las habitaciones dio de que hablar y que una de las habitaciones me fue asignada estando fuera de servicio y fue de muy mal gusto.

Overall, it was good, clean, conveniently, located.
Pros:

Conveniently located for me to be between Central and Marina since I had to be at both places

Cons:

I would have liked to been able to take a plate of breakfast to my room. Because of timing my medication‘s I don’t eat until 11 or after. They would not let me do that.
