Pros:

Súper bien ubicado, el servicio en restaurante por parte de una mesara era excelente. Tenían personal súper amable (la mayoría).

Cons:

La limpieza diaria no era lo mejor. Es aceptable, pero no prestan atención a los detalles.
Casi no barren y no cambian las toallas aunque las dejes en el lavabo como indican.

BUEN HOTEL

Desayuno, ubicación y amabilidad de la mayoría del personal.

Cons:

Las almohadas están muy viejas e incómodas.
De recepción dos recepcionistas si mal no recuerdo Ale y Nelly una le ayudo a una chica nueva de capacitación al check in y la otra me hizo el check out de mi primer habitación, no me dió mi factura, le dije que había dejado los datos y molesta me dijo que me la mandaban, pregunté que si el mismo día y molesta dijo que si, lo cual nunca me llegó. Cuando pregunté al siguiente día me dijeron que habían facturado pero genérico o sea que no me hizo caso la recepcionista. No tiene bonita actitud de servicio, lo cual es básico en el front. Todas las demás incluso la chica que tiene el gafete con capacitación muy bonita actitud.
