Alles klopte aan het Hotel en het personeel.
Fijne tijd gehad.

Cons:

De locatie te ver weg tov centrum. Parkeren is daar moeilijk. Met de bus is een mogelijkheid maar niet optimaal

Pros:

Fantastic food, absolutely go for the dinner. Appreciated the little perks like an amazing cocktail hour (more great food!). Pool was nice, inside and outside. Some of the staff, like the waiters, were great. Others a bit aloof.

Cons:

Our room was pleasant but nothing beyond. Bathroom shower, tiny, was not in keeping with the hotel level. Gym was so-so. We didnt understand how generous the hotel could be with food and yet want us to pay for an extra packet of instant coffee for the room upon request. It was small and silly but annoyed us. The hotel is expensive.

Great place for families
Pros:

Great location, good meals ( breakfast and dinner), the swimming pools and SPA are great and above all the reception were very kind and helpful.

- تعامل فريق العاملين رائع جدا. وتعامل الجرسونات بالمطعم من ارقى ما مر علي بحياتي.
الافطار والعشاء مميز جدا
- الشاليهات خيالية من ناحية الحجم والمساحة.

Cons:

الغرف بالمبنى القديم صغيرة ولايوجد مناسب تكييف بالصيف. فقط مراوح.

非常好的体验
Pros:

酒店房间较多，停车很方便，每个楼有对应的停车场。
房间自带阳台，可以随时欣赏美丽的山景。
早餐非常丰富，晚餐是预约点菜的自助模式，吃饱就可以回屋休息非常方便。
酒店开车到缆车站约8分钟，交通便捷

Fantastic stay in the Dolomites. Would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Quiet Location. Hotel has excellent facilities and a fabulous spa and pools. The food was fantastic. Excellent buffet breakfast with fantastic choice of food. The evening meals were also amazing and very good value for money (we had only booked Bed and Breakfast). The staff were amazing from reception staff to the waiters/waitresses. The hotel also provided free access to the local buses for the duration of our stay.

Cons:

No aircon in the room which could get hot. However the staff did provide us with a fan which was appreciated. Some of the facilities in the room could do with being updated. The bed was not the most comfortable but that's a personal preference.
