1.체크인시 사전예약이 누락된 듯 응대한점
2.전반적으로 룸컨디션이 좋지않았음(현관문이 잘안닫힘,옷장벽면 들떠있음,화장실유리 덧붙인것 덜렁거림, 린스가 없고 바디워시가 두개인점)

성산일출봉 뷰가👍 아침식사도 메뉴도 좋고, 특히 성산봉을 바라보며 먹을 수 있어 좋았음. 커피 맛도👍

오래된 호텔이긴 하지만 깔끔하게 관리되어 있고 메이드 분들이 특히 친절하셔서 기분이 좋았어요. 옥상 수영장은 성수기 시즌에 1인 만원으로 입장할 수 있는데 오전~오후에는 바다에서 놀고 해 지고 저녁에 올라가서 수영하면 좋더라구요! 재방문 의사 있습니다

Beautiful 4 stars hôtel but located at 1h30 drive by bus from Jeju airport.
Bus stops are nearby and you could go everywhere in Jeju island from there.........
Large and clean room.
No restaurant for diner ou lunch inside but Nice2CU nearby....

경치는 아주 좋았지만
침대가 너무 출렁거려 잠자기에 불편했고 허리가 많이 아팠어요.보통 탄탄하던데 여기는 좀 다릅니다.
5일을 묵었는데 방안의 카펫청소를 한번도 안해서 청결쪽으로 신경쓰면 감사하겠습니다

침구에 얼룩이 있고..
들어가자마자 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 나서
있는 내내 창문을 열고 지냈습니다.
침대는 너무 꿀렁거렸어요 ㅜㅡㅜ

아주 더럽진 않지만 청결에 민감한 사람에게는 비추천.. 기본 방음이 안되는데 수학여행 온 학생들이 많아서 소음때문에 너무 힘들었음 차라리 모텔가는 게 나을뻔했음.. 뷰만 좋음
