They cheat you by giving stay in the hotel similarly named as golden sun sapa also the room or hotel condition are very bad with stinky restrooms and broken stuff the pictures on site are for golden villa sapa but they give you stay in golden sun sapa so insist to stay in the hotel you booked so you don’t get cheated
Have requested them full refund of my stay and also asked for clarification but no reply since 3 working days so very disappointed

Conveniently located in front of a 24h laundry service facility and a cozy bar with kitchen that serves food after the rest of the town has closed already. Staff was very helpful to accommodate a change in our booking, as the room did not meet our expectations.
Black mold all over the room. We could smell it in the air. Shower facilities not working as promised. Windows not properly closing resulting in noise from the streets.

يوجد ازعاج وأصوات ضحكات عاليه لا اعلم من هو السبب وكذلك يوجد صوت آلة لا أدري ماهي تصدر اصوات كل نصف دقيقه تقريبا وأيضاً مروحة الشفط التى في الحمام صوتها عالي ومزعج كما يوجد لديكم نقص في الفوط والماء الساخن ينفذ بسرعه ويحتاج أن توفروا بعض السجاد للأرضيات ليعطي منظر جميل للغرفه وخاصة امام الحمام.....وأعتذر منكم لهذه الملاحظات ولكني كسائح ممرت بفنادق بمستوى فندقكم كانت الملاحظات أقل ارجوا تقبل ملاحظات بصدر رحب وارجوا من فندقكم أن يصل لمستوى 5 نجوم ولكم الشكر والتقدير الجزيل

The beds were large and comfortable, room itself very clean and large
The hot water in the shower only lasted temporarily before turning cold. Not could for cold climate. Window behind my bed was broken and could not shut letting in cold air as well as sound from
Loud street performances making it difficult to sleep.
I did not like the overall experience
It felt dirty and poorly maintained
Looks good from outside
1. Lift was small and had a sound.
2. Room and toilet dirty
3. Breakfast was terrible.
Hotel is within walking distance to the main attractions and lots of eateries nearby. Reception staffs were quite friendly and the morning breakfasts had lots of variety.
Please fix the elevator, many tourists encountered issues with it as there was no control on the doors closing.
