这次入住体验超出预期！前台小王接待耐心，沟通顺畅，房间打扫得很干净，床品舒服，隔音也不错。
Room and breakfast were large and clean. Breakfast was rich and tasty and location excellent. Staff kind and helpful.
The restaurant was good but a little slow and offer only German (???) cooking.

We spent 4 nights here and the room was clean, quiet, and equipped with all the amenities. The location was excellent and the beds were comfortable. I would gladly repeat the stay. If I must make a minor remark—though it is truly just a detail—perhaps the lighting management could be improved. It is merely constructive feedback that did not impact our pleasant stay.

Nettes Personal, Englischkenntnisse vorhanden, schöne Zimmer, sauberes und modernes Hotel, absolut geniale Lage, gutes Frühstück. Das Top Hotel für Ausländer in Kunming. Top Preis Leistung.
Wir hatten ein paar mal Probleme im Zimmer wegen der Karte, da ging das Licht dann öfter einfach aus.. passierte leider häufiger. Außerdem war es doch recht laut vor dem Hotel (man konnte Gelächter und Gespräche sogar im 5. Stock hören)

The hotel offers excellent value in a central location with easy access to the "old" neighborhood and airport. Our room was modern and nicely furnished. We would have gladly stayed in if time allowed. The soaking tub came with bath salt (a nice and thoughtful touch) and a disposable tub cover (which we'd never seen) that worked well. Although the mattress was too firm for my taste, the plush duvet and pillows made for a comfortable sleep. The breakfast buffet was well presented and plentiful. The staff quickly refreshed each of the offerings so that we did not feel like we were picking over leftovers. Each member of the staff was personable and helpful - a hearty THANK YOU to all of them!
I genuinely cannot think of a fault other than the firm mattress.
