Great location, clean room, kind and supportive staff
Pros:

Excellent location, lots of hip cafes, good walking area. Good clean room, staff were lovely. They gave me a lot of help using the various apps, and with translation, especially because I wanted to do an order on taobao! Staff member Polly really was patient with me and continually helped me with translation.

La chambre mise à niveau en studio, baie vitrée très lumineuse. Environnement de l'hôtel dans un milieu artistique, et beaucoup de cafés sympathiques. Le personnel très serviable, qui m'a par exemple prêté un parapluie.

A fabulous hotel with a great vibe.
Pros:

It really feels like a boutique hotel in the sense that we hoped for when we booked. It has a lovely vibe from the helpful and characterful staff, to the location in a relaxed but clearly buzzing part of the city. That’s on top of the great room and facilities.

Cons:

It’s really hard to find fault with anything. If you pushed me I’d say the croissants at breakfast were a bit small but that’s it.

Cons:

The rooms are noisy and the manager of that hotel was extremely rude and disrespectful. I notified that I wanted to shorten my stay because of the noise I could hear in the morning. The soundproofing is totally lacking and I was woken up a few times in the morning. I told the staff and the manager that I wanted to shorten my stay. He argued with me about the noise as if I was lying and refused to refund the rest of the stay that I paid when arriving. That's the first time I saw this in China. I live in China and have stayed in many hotels before. I had never been treated like this before. Besides, this is not the standing of a 5 stars hotel even if it's advertised as a 5 stars. The rooms are not soundproofed at all.

German Bavaria theme hotel- Good beer and Happy lovely staff
Pros:

Friendly staff. One female receptionist was super sweet & informative, suggested the flower market and old street.
Some nice crackers, candies at reception area- delicious
Breakfast was ok but can be very crowded if arrived at the peak time - around 7.30m-8am which we encountered. haha
German Bavaria theme design hotel. If you are used to or want to experience German style , food, then this hotel is great.
