Excellentes europäisches Essen und sehr angenehmes Zimmer
Pros:

Ein chices Hotel, alles sehr gepflegt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders haben wir es genossen, nach monatelanger Reise, europäisches/deutsches Essen zu genießen. Im Restaurant treffen sich internationale Expats, was für die excellente Küche spricht. Das Personal war uns bei der Abwicklung von Online-Visas für SEA sehr behilflich. Kostenlose Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen neben dem Fitnessraum zu Verfügung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Great stay
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a great location. There was a good variety of breakfast options, and several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. It was an easy walk to the walking street. Everyone in my group really enjoyed the stay

Anniversary tour to Kunming
Pros:

The front desk staff including the manager were all very attentive and helpful. Especially Polly who helped us in booking our train tickets and advised on the sightseeing tours in Kunming. This was very helpful because foreigners may not always have a handphone with Chinese operator. So we cannot use chinese apps to call taxi, buy tickets and other things.

The fruits on the first day were a nice gesture. The tea and snacks in the lobby were also nice.

Keep up the good work.🫡

Suggest to add more variety to the breakfast.

Also to provide a bar of soap in the bath.
