Pros:

A due passi dal centro, ma in una strada assolutamente priva di traffico e confusione. Lo Staff ci è stato di aiuto su qualsiasi cosa. Hotel tranquillissimo e rilassante con balcone vista città.

Zentrale, ordentliche Unterkunft
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, nettes Personal, sichere Unterstellmöglichkeit für Bikes. Bequeme Betten und für Vietnam sogar recht weich. Frühstück war lecker. Preis/ Leistung top!

Cons:

Warmwasser war zur zweit ein bisschen knapp. Snacks in der Minibar abgelaufen.

Kleines feines Hotel mit super Mitarbeiter nähe Ninh Binh Walking Street
Pros:

Das Personal ist unglaublich lieb und sehr bemüht. Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht dort, trotzdem wurde alles versucht um uns einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade bekommen und unsere Koffer wurden aufs Zimmer gebracht. Wir konnten das Frühstück am Vorabend bereits bestellen und es wurde am nächsten morgen frisch gekocht. Als wir nach Salz gefragt haben und sie keines hatten ist eine Mitarbeiterin extra losgefahren um Salz zu kaufen. Wir durften die Koffer nach dem Check Out den Tag über dort lassen und uns sogar nach unserer Tour am Abend im Hotel frisch machen. Das Personal kann nicht so gut Englisch, das würde ich jedoch nicht negativ bewerten da wir die Touristen in ihrem Land sind. Mit Translator-App, Händen und Füßen konnte alles geklärt werden.

Cons:

Sauberkeit hat überall gut gepasst, nur im Bad könnte es etwas sauberer sein. Es hat trotzdem gepasst.

Pros:

The lady working was so welcoming and sweet. She did everything to make our stay amazing.

Cons:

The rooms are very spacious with nice bathroom and they cooked us a fresh breakfast with coffee which was delicious
