Disappointed.
Pros:

The staff were ok

Cons:

The room had a bad stale smell, & we put food in the fridge but found out the fridge didnt work when we woke up the next morning. Wasn't happy notified staff & thought the $15 we were charge for late check would of been waved. But they still charged us.

Pros:

Room was exactly as the images had show. The placement of the hotel is close enough to public transport and just out of the way for it to not be too hard to get to.

Cons:

The beds were so stiff, I was worried the springs might fly out. AC was a bit loud, but I think the stiff bed made it a bit harder to sleep on.

Pros:

Location to pool and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

TV needs to be updated. Very old. No capability to watch any streaming services and could barely get regular TV channels.

I was disappointed

Bed, mattress was very uncomfortable, and very low , when your a tall person the bed only had 3 pillows, never been to a Hotel and bed had 3 pillows , 2 at back one in front ?!!!
Terrible toilet paper, noise of the crows in park , so so early in the morning
Ordered Croisant / ham and cheese soggy and cold in the middle , using a microwave , doesn’t make them crispy and appetising, cold filling in middle, wasn’t great
Told breakfast service they were cold when she seen , we were not eating them, she did offer to re heat again in micro wave, we were not interested or hungry any more after that, that’s not how you have croissants, they should be cooked in an oven
