For a hotel that bills itself as luxury, this was not really reflected in my experience.
Pros:

Size of room was nice. Good location and pretty view from balcony.

Cons:

Breakfast was below average. Quality of food was not great and the selection was limited. There was a roach in my room crawling around by the sink. Bed was firm but not comfortable. Carpet in the room was stained, and the room looked old and weathered. I misplaced my room key and was charged for a replacement - most hotels would gladly replace this at no charge. I never felt particularly valued as a guest.
