I love to stay here for my annual trip to the Catskills

Good location and convenience to the college!
Pros:

Close to the SUNY DELHI College. We attended our son's graduation. The room was spacious and clean. The price was fair for a room with 2 queens. The staff were friendly and hospitable. It was quiet at night and the beds are decent. The water pressure was very good. It was perfect for what was needed.

Cons:

The room was dated and could use a mini facelift however it was fine!

Not the best.
Pros:

The beds and pillows were comfy.

Cons:

Old, run-down motel that needs to be upgraded immediately.
Bathrooms/tubs/showers are small and not clean. Bathroom floors as well.
The shower took forever to heat up. 2nd day, water warmed up more quickly.
We were supposed to have room service clean our room on our 2nd day. Never happened.
We were not happy about that.
Motel is cute in its own way, but it needs major updating.
Probably will not stay again.
Also, we could smell cigarette smoke from the room next door or downstairs. Just gross,
