Pros:

This property has a wide and expansive beach. There is a cave or two at one end and along the coast the plant and animal life is amazing. There are three pools and a jacuzzi and they are immaculate. The property has a fully stocked kitchen and the two bedroom condo was spacious. The Manager was awesome and could research and book things to do. She was very attentive to our needs during our stay. We arrived and they had enough food stocked to have a meal or two. I’d stay there again for sure.

Pros:

Property was stunning, gorgeous pool area and walk through national park to the beach. Kitchen with everything you would need and 10 minute drive to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Excelente lugar.
Pros:

Un lugar excelente, pero no es hotel, es como un condominio, no hay restaurante en el complejo, pero en la zona hay muchos restaurantes , eso si el lugar está completamente equipado, no falta nada.

Wish I could stay longer
Pros:

Nice luxurious apartment, recommend for travellers with a group of 4 or more who wants to a place near the beach (3 mins walk and great sunset from the beach), very good quality utilities, and fully equipped (washing and drying machines, oven, etc)

High end national park oasis.
Pros:

These are very new and high end units for the area. The biggest perk is the private access to a stretch of gorgeous beach that is technically national park land. Park passes come with the booking as a complimentary perk. Kitchen, laundry, and all the comforts of home. Gated community and super safe. Love it!

Can’t Wait to go back!
Pros:

I absolutely loved Elan at Ballena Beach and have already recommended it to a few friends. There weren’t a lot of reviews online so I was worried before we arrived. I couldn’t believe how nice it was! We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. There are 3 pools, a hot tub and short walk on a boardwalk to the beach. The beach has a lifeguard and they have a ton of beach things- boogie boards, Sup, kayaks for guests to use. Our 5 year old loved playing in the pool (which has a shower and gril) and the water was safe for him to play in at the beach in July. Our condo was spotless and was so comfortable. It is outside of Uvita and Dominical so I would recommend this for people looking to relax, not a party place.
I can’t wait to go back!
