I wouldn’t put a dead rat in that place. The council should shut it & you as a reputable company should have nothing
Pros:

Nothing absolutely disgusting. Caught bed bugs was eaten alive. Packed my stuff left 1 in the morning had to sleep in my car

Lovely staff, cheap and cheerful.
Pros:

Cheap and cheerful. My husband stayed at The Cotswold for 3 weeks whilst away on business the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel had everything he needed whilst away on business. Thank you to All the staff.

All I could tell you people is that you give me a 8.67 Like as if I'm a dog I told you with my baby we slept in a very cold bedroom the bathroom DISGUSTING we couldn't even shower there was no Wi-Fi no TV the staff was rude and didn't care about our well being ROOM DIRTY DIRT BEHIND THE RUBBISH . SHEETS STAINED . NO APOLOGIES NO RSPECT OF OUR SUFFERING I SENT THEM A EMAIL NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER I WILL PUT THIS ON INTERNATIONAL TV THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY RACIST OWNERS FEELING ENTITLED

Horrible, unhygienic, dirty, filthy, booking non refundable
Pros:

HORRIBLE Horrible experience, pubic hair on the toilet seat bathroom floor & soap dispenser, used cue tip and tissue on the bedroom floor, holes in the wall, very dusty carpets with dirt on that looks like it’s not been hoovered for a good while. Very misleading pictures, beddings had crusty white mark on and cloudy white marks didn’t look properly washed and looked very old, crusty marks on the duvet and bedding. Dust and dirt build up on floor around toilet and damp mould spots on wall around window bit clunks of dust on bottom of radiator and yellow orange stain running down radiator.

Cons:

Both owner and booking.com did not issue refunds after unacceptable level of hygiene. I understand the room cost is cheap, but the pictures on booking.com suggest basic and hygienic which was not the case. We found it to be unhygienic & dirty.
