Cons:

We arrived at 3:00 PM, which is the official check-in time, but our room was still not ready. We spent about 20 minutes trying to reach a staff member by phone. Instead of an apology, we were met with rude and unprofessional behavior. When we pointed out that the room should have been ready by check-in time, we were simply told to wait, and if we were unhappy with the situation, we could leave and come back later.

When we were finally able to check in, the floor in the room had clearly not been cleaned. Overall, the cleanliness of the property was very poor. The courtyard was littered with cigarette butts, and there was water leaking from the ceiling in the hallway outside our room.

Another disappointing point is that the photos on Booking.com are outdated and do not reflect the current condition of the property. It seems they were taken many years ago, as the reality is far worse than what is shown online.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. We cannot recommend this property to anyone expecting even basic cleanliness, accurate advertising, and respectful customer service.

غرف غير نضيفه راءحه كريهه تقوم بدفع مسبقا وعندما تصل وترا الغرفه غير نضيفه تطلب منهم الغاء لا يوافقون
