Cons:

1. נשלחתי לכתובת לא נכונה, הייתי לבד עם 5 מזוודות טרולי ואמרו זה "בטעות" ואיפלו ההובלה של התיקים לא לקחו עליה אחריות
2. החדר לא היה ערוך על פי ההזמנה ונשלחנו למחסן עצמאית לחפש השלמות
3. שמיכה לא נקייה ומריחה רע
4. אין סוללות בשלט מזגן
5. לאחר שחשבנו שתיקנו את הטעות ושמו שקית עם מצעים על הדלת עדכנו אותנו שזה בטעות וצריך למסור את זה לדייר אחר! כך שכל השהייה הפכה להתעסקות

לצערי שירות הלקוחות מתחת לכל ביקורת
אין מענה אנושי רק התכתבות בואצאפ כך שהכל קשה ומורכב

A very disappointing stay.

An old badly maintained building dirty carpets basically a dump not fit for a tourist. Only WhatsApp contact with the staff service low and uninterested to assist at times.
A very disappointing place to stay, brought some guests with me and felt embarrassed about staying there. When we first arrived the room with a balcony was small dirty with a guestbed that fell apart upon opening. The second room no balcony and same level of bad low maintenance.

Pros:

לא הייתה חניה נוחה או זמינה. המקום לגמרי לא מה שמציגים בתמונות. מיטות לא נוחות. מכונת קפה יש אבל אין קפסולות. חדר מיושן, ריהוט מיושן. ניקיון סביר, מים לא יורדים בשירותים. מקלחת לא נוחה. היינו צריכים לסדר את המטות בעצמינו. לא הייתי חוזרת שוב.

הרגיש כמו בית קטן לכמה ימים שהינו 3 לילות והכול היה ממש נוח. הדירה הייתה נקייה ומסודרת, המצעים והריח הכללי נתנו תחושה שממש דואגים לפרטים. המיטה נוחה, המיזוג עבד מצוין, ובכללי היה שקט ונעים לישון.

Pros:

Комфортные апартаменты с видом на море и удобным расположением. До пляжа можно дойти пешком, рядом набережная. Чистые номера, есть и мини кухня и кондиционер. Тихо, уютно, хороший вариант для отдыха вдвоем.

נוח, נקי, בלי כאב ראש הגענו אחרי יום ארוך ורצינו רק להיכנס ולהירגע. הכניסה הייתה קלה, והדירה הייתה מוכנה כמו שצריך. אהבתי במיוחד שהכול ברור ופשוט, ושאפשר להרגיש שהמקום מתוחזק ברמה טובה. בהחלט נשקול לחזור בפעם הבאה באילת.

תמורה מעולה למחיר חיפשנו מקום מסודר ללינה ומקלחת טובה, וקיבלנו בדיוק את זה. הכל היה מתוקתק, מאורגן, ונעים לשהות בו. גם כששלחנו הודעה עם שאלה קטנה קיבלנו מענה מהר ובגישה אדיבה.

נקי, מסודר, ותקשורת טובה מהרגע הראשון התקשורת הייתה ברורה. קיבלנו את קוד הדלת בבוקר ההגעה ונכנסנו בלי בעיה. הדירה הייתה נקייה ומסודרת, והרגישה כמו מקום שמתחזקים כמו שצריך. אנחנו היינו בדירה בלי מרפסת וזה עדיין ענה לנו בדיוק על הצורך: שינה טובה, שקט, ונוחות.
