Yuksel Istanbul Yenikapi

Très mauvais établissement indigne d’un 4 étoiles. La salle de sport n’est pas une salle de sport mais 3 vélos dans un sous-sol. L’accès au sauna est facturé 20 dollars, alors que cela est sensé être compris dans la réservation!!!! L’établissement est sale et bruyant !! Le hall est un véritables hangar rempli de colis et de valises !! Le ménage est mal fait, le personnel de nettoyage oublie son matériel dans la chambre !! Le quartier est bruyant et loin de tout ! Une honte vu prix !

The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the manager. Always pleasant and helpful with directions and information.

The location is very 'local' ... it felt like you were in a 'neighbourhood' not so much as a tourist location.
Local shops were exactly that...not shopping mall or anything.
Too far to walk to tourist destinations but lots of yellow cabs buzzing around.
The hotel needs a bit of a facelift...especially the carpets in the room and in the corridors
Breakfasts were ok, nothing special. Could have been improved with the addition of more fresh fruit rather than 1 plate of sliced oranges.
Also, a few pots of yoghurt would have been nice and not difficult to organise.
Breakfast taken away on the dot of 10am..so don't be late!
Good breakfast if you like lots of olives and cheese!
Our room was on the 6th floor so you did get a view of the sea and beyond rather then looking at the local area which looked somewhat in need of an 'improvement' shall we say!
The photo of the hotel used as an illustration is of course edited as it is not a stand alone building as the picture suggests.

There is a reasonable bar opposite the hotel that did limited food and drinks....definitely felt like you were drinking with people from the 'hood! :)

Nice room, but breakfast was very limited and the area in which the hotel is located is very noisy.

La gentillesse du patron et du responsable de la réception.
Ménage tous les jours sauf le dimanche .
Petit déjeuner juste correct.
Métro a 150 m et tramway a 700 m.
Beaucoup de restaurants et supérettes au alentours.l'hotel propose des excursions .

Well located nice hotel, easy access to all the great Istanbul sites and shopping. The staff is extremely helpful, so overall a great experience for the affordable pricing.

Rien de bon pour les personnes malhonnêtes Wi-Fi qui devrait être gratuit ils ont dit que j’avais 15m’ j’avais même pas droit à mené quelqu’un dans ma chambre .conseil gratuit méfie vous de l’hôtel

Niet veel verschillende ontbijten..

Chambres propres et bien entretenues, sauf l'odeur d'égoût de la salle de bain d'une de nos chambres. Personnel agréable sauf une personne. Pas de sauna, hammam, ni salle de sport comme c'était noté dans les équipements de l'hôtel lors de la réservation. Nous avons posé la question pour le sauna et on nous a répondu qu'il était en réparation...Pas de vue sur mer de la chambre contrairement à ce qui était décrit lors de la réservation

Odada küçük sorunlar olsana genel olarak güzel ve kaliteliydi.Uzakta olsa Deniz manzarası vardı ve önünde başka apartman yoktu ondan önü açık olması ferahlık katıyordu.Odanın konforu iyiydi genel olarak fotoğraflardaki gibiydi.Resepsiyondaki asıl görevli asık suratlı ve ilgisizdi ama diğer genç görevli Güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.Kahvaltı yapmadığım için ona yorumum yok.Giriş saatinin 2 olması bana sorun olmadı ama başkasına olabilir.Ama asıl rahatsız edici olan akşam dahil dışarıdan hep araba ve insan sesi geliyor,pencereyi kapatsan bile .Ama genel olarak iyi denilebilir.

Bra byggnad i fel område med fel personal som jobbar på köket eller rum service .
Personalen var vänliga .Dålig frukost . Mycket dålig område till någon som åker till Istanbul för turist efter som det var långt borta från centrum också från flygplatsen .Dåliga restauranger i området . Området var täckt med arbetare också mycket farligt särskild med barn efter som finns ingen gågatan så man blir tvingad att gå med bilar . Aldrig igen i detta hotell .

Sauberes Hotel mit moderne Einrichtung . Gute Sprachkenntnisse.
