Pros:

Gute Lage nahe am Stadtzentrum. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle sehr nett und ich durfte mein Gepäck noch ein paar Stunden deponieren. Super Frühstück.

Decent short-term stay in Centro
Pros:

The staff is excellent, very accommodating especially considering my 4:30 am arrival! Simple small hotel/hostel with comfortable rooms.

It's a great location for walking around the "downtown" area during the day with many restaurants and shops.

Good value for money for a couple of nights stay.

Cons:

Not much open nearby in the evenings and the streets are a bit dark. Maybe only a couple of places to eat within 4 blocks or so at night.

Ok option for city center. Wanted apartment kitchen option.
Pros:

Breakfast had varied options. We skipped a couple times as we had kitchen apartment. City center location of stay was close to places we wanted to see. Reception was good at getting us taxis and price breaks. Have to watch the prices on taxis in Santa Cruz as they vary greatly. We live in Tarija Bolivia and generally don't need to ask there. In Santa Cruz, ask before getting in.

Cons:

Doorbell for admittance can be annoying. Can be a bit noisy in morning with people in breakfast area. However, this is Bolivia and not that uncommon.

Art deco hotel in good location in old city, clean & comfortable
Pros:

Art deco hotel in old city, clean & comfortable.
Difficult to locate as only one ‘1825 Stay’ sign facing in just one direction. Have suggested that another sign be installed facing in other direction. Also was unable to gain access in afternoon to pick up luggage en route to airport, although rang doorbell several times & banged on door. Was about to go to police opposite when staff member appeared.

Cons:

Ground floor rooms are impacted by noise of guests walking on timber floors in rooms above when otherwise quiet early morning.
