The pool
This hotel was like new the people who worked there greeted us as we left and returned. The breakfast was out of this world delish. Hated to leave but had too thanks Fairfield Bay City you really showed out!!! 👍

Hallways where warm and not cool.
Our stay was awesome, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, the bathroom and shower were nice and clean, bed was confortable and I was able to log in to my Netflix to watch a series late at night.
Definitely we will stay again soon. Thanks!!
The AC was noisy
Breakfast
The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the breakfast being available, though it's sort of what you expect from a free breakfast. But it served the need.
It was a little pricey for what it was. But it was convenient to where we needed to be in Bay City.
Breakfast was just ok. Staff, especially Jordan at the front desk - extremely helpful! I was having internet issues and he got on the phone with the IT department and fixed it for me!
If you want people to resuse towels - which we would have been very happy to do - you really MUST provide places in the bathroom to hang them to dry. there is only one, on the back of the door, which also holds the hair dryer. We got fresh towels on the second day simply because we had no place to dry the ones we had used.
Sunday breakfast was not great. Got there at 7:45 and there were only 2 plain yogurts and 2 milks in the fridge. It was practically empty. no bananas. Eggs, sausage and waffle mix practically gone, as was the fruit. The hot food was eventually refreshed but not anything else.
Cleanness and love the shower

Because we had to leave early, we requested early breakfast at check in. When we got there in the morning, 20 mins before breakfast time, pretty much everything was laid out and ready to serve. Food was pretty good. And the lady serving breakfast was super nice. Thank you very much!
