Cons:

フロントの案内が不十分、観光資料が全く提供されなかった。従業員が外国人で懸命さは分かるのだが、用件を満たすことが出来ないので困った。サポートする人が付くといいと思った。

場所としてとても良い場所を選んだと思います。
Pros:

交通の便(バスの利用)がとても便利で良かった。
津なぎさまちへ行くバスもホテル前に停留所ありとても便利。
余り繁華街が無いような街でしたが、津駅へ行くにもバスが頻繁に出ていて便利でした。
飲食店がホテルの裏側に(昔はもっと)あり便利でした。
直ぐ近くに津で有名な鰻の「はし家」ありこれもラッキーでした。
6Fにあった大浴場はとてもよかった、毎日使えば良かったです。

朝食のバイキングが少し物足りなかった。

お風呂付きが決め手で選びました！内風呂外風呂ともにきれいでとてもよかったです🙆
お風呂上がりにアイスのプレゼントも子供が大喜びしていました！

Cons:

洗い場の水捌けが緩やかなのか床に泡が停滞していたのが少し気になった
周りが飲み屋街なので家族連れの利用で外食するとなると選択肢が限られてしまう。ビジネス利用ならいいと思います！

Staff at breakfast hall disappoints
Pros:

Breakfast is very good

Cons:

breakfast staff should be more sensitive about guests especially whose needing asistance for small children and infants.

We entered breakfast hall and asked for a chair the lady did not even bother to help ;)

お風呂最高！！
Pros:

サウナはロウリュウができるように準備されていたり、露天風呂もあり外気浴も最高でした。
星が綺麗で疲れが癒されました。

Cons:

アメニティーに髭剃りがなかったこと。
300円で購入は出来ますが、フロントに下りてもらわないと行けないため、チェックインの際に伝えていただきたいです。
