Pros:

The hotel is near the train station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The department store and American-Mura are also a short walk away. The reception staff were very polite and communicative. I had ordered some items online for delivery to the hotel in advance, and the receptionists took good care of them. There was a warm welcome drink in the lobby. You can freely pick up the amenities placed in the reception area. What I appreciated most was the hotel's thoughtfulness and understanding of tourists. When you check out, you can even leave your luggage at the hotel, making it more convenient to explore the surrounding area before traveling elsewhere. I think these are small details that impressed me the most.

Cons:

Besides the relatively small space, I was quite unimpressed with the lighting in the bedroom. Even with the light on full blast, it wasn't bright enough. Organizing and finding things was difficult (the bathroom light was the brightest).

Will surely recommend to others.
Pros:

The allow early check-in if available. Plus, I can leave my luggage there after checking out. Very convenient.

Excelente custo x benefício
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, tem estação de metrô próximo facilitando a chegada do aeroporto e deslocamento na cidade. Como muitos hotéis no Japão o quarto é pequeno mas confortável. Na entrada do hotel tem uma máquina de café disponível para os hospedes. Café da manhã bom, servido à mesa em vez de buffet self-service.

Cons:

Nada que não tenha gostado.

Pros:

Great location! It was only a 5 min walk from the station. Really comfy beds, clean and friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The rooms are very small so it’s very difficult to open suitcases in the room. Understandable for the cost but does make it a bit less comfortable.
