Cons:

I had made a special request to celebrate an important day for my spouse at the time of booking. I received confirmation messages indicating that this request would be accommodated. However, when we arrived yesterday, we were informed that no special request had been arranged and that the team had no record of it. This was extremely disappointing, especially given the prior confirmations.
