TownePlace Suites by Marriott Austin Round Rock

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming. Morayma was a pleasure. I also appreciated the excellent amenities and the overall peaceful atmosphere. The experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Gorgeous hotel, very welcoming atmosphere. I especially love the breakfast; the staff is there to greet you with bright inviting smiles and the smell of the breakfast brings you in fast. The food is your normal continental breakfast but it’s better than the traditional Marriott. This property has made me feel overwhelmed by the amount of love and support that i’ve received from management and housekeeping staff.

This hotel is in a great location, it’s very clean, and Ms.Mary at the front desk is amazing!! She is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about the hotel and everything else. Keep being awesome Ms. Mary.

I had a wonderful stay at Townplace Suites. I was there for an important customer meeting. The proximity to my office and great restaurants helped me pick this hotel. Meme made it worth the stay. She helped me check in and was wonderful. From hospitality to general empathy, so glad I had her to kick off my stay.

My experience at this hotel was amazing when I came down for vacation. The manager Morayma handled my situation with so much empathy and hospitality. Thank you so much for the stay.

I had a very great experience! Juana the breakfast lady was incredible, very helpful. Hotels need more employees like her. Morayma the General Manager was amazing! Really knows her stuff, very positive attitude and willing to help with whatever. I recommend anyone who is looking for a nice hotel in Austin to come here! Thank you for everything, I will be back again.

Stayed here for a work trip and must I say the customer service here is top notch.

I love this property, from the general manager to the house keepers I was totally satisfied. Special thanks to meme and Gemma. They work the evening time when I am there the most and are super friendly and helpfull!! 100% recommend!

We gather in Round Rock annually to attend a fundraiser for a high school friends cancer research foundation ( Ferrell foundation.org ) and we have stayed here the past couple of years. It is the perfect location for everything we do over the weekend, 5 minutes to our event, 7 minutes from a new/used record store 10 minutes to a Waffle House which I don't have at home! THE STAFF is amazing! We have seen many of the same people during each of our visits, they remember us and we definitely remember them. Special shout outs to Mary, Mimi, Gemma, Beth and the overnight young lady with the blue hair (totally drawing a blank on her name, old age will get you) YOU ALL DO A FANTASTIC JOB! WE WILL SEE YOU AGAIN NEXT YEAR!

Rooms are spacious, clean and everything works!. Breakfast is good and the pool was thoroughly enjoyed by all the sports teams that were in fire tournaments that weekend. We spent it time out front with our friends gathered round the fire pit sharing a few adult beverages

I love that when we came in the lady that was working the front desk for checking and check out was incredibly friendly and the one who did the night shift was as well and even said happy birthday to my son. Breakfast was really good and the room was really clean. When we visit Austin again I hope the same stuff is there and we definitely will be staying there

... EXCELLENT experience! All Staff are friendly, kind, professional and give you that "happy you're here" feel Meme is exceptional, greets every guest with a welcoming, warm smile. I love staying there

Check in was so easy and Mary and Tanyell were very friendly. Tanyell checked me out today and was friendly and kind again. I asked for a late checkout and Gemma was very accommodating and friendly too. The customer service here is definitely above average.
My room was very clean and comfortable, I slept good for the first time in a while. This was my second time staying here and will definitely stay again.

Everything was beautiful

I really want to thank Tara at the front desk for helping me in a very difficult time. I had to come to Austin unexpectedly in the middle of the night because my mother passed away. After leaving the hospital, I didn’t really have a place to stay, but had stayed at this property before so I thought I would go ask if they had any available rooms. Tara was so kind to me at 5 o’clock in the morning and helped me get the accommodations I needed. I really appreciate her kindness and helpfulness. I will never forget that.

We had the most amazing stay. The staff was over-the-top kind and accommodating. Gemma, Mary, Tara, and Mimi were truly the best. I’ve worked for Marriott and stayed at many Marriott properties, and collectively this team has been the most exceptional I’ve experienced.

The gentleman working breakfast went out of his way to help me while I was managing my toddler, which meant more than he probably realized. Laundry and housekeeping were also incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. And the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

Overall, 100 stars. Outstanding service and a great job by the entire team.
