The privacy policy was not followed at all. The front desk gave someone my room number that I didn't even know. Totally unacceptable
Bugs and cockroaches everywhere in the room. Beds, walls, and kitchen… Tried to change my room but needed proof so I guess here’s my proof now.
I liked how clean it was and the workers were so nice.
I wish it had a hot tub. I also wished that the room had another mirror as the bathroom situation was a little tricky getting ready.
Manager was not very friendly and accommodating to help me out

The most excellent breakfast, shout out to the amazing cook-Ms.Francisca…sweetest lady ever! It meant a lot to have her checking up on my 5 year old to see how he rated the food, which needless to say, he gave it a 2 thumps up! Cleanliness and comfort were 10/10!
This motel was the best motel I’ve ever stayed in. From friendly staff and management to soft comfortable beds. Clean and I felt safe and welcome. Great service! We found a small issue and reported it and it was resolved in a few hours. Never have I had that care and thoughtfulness. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you Juan Lupe and Gema!
The hotel is excellent, and the rooms are clean. Their breakfast is superb, and they have a dedicated customer relations team. There’s ample parking space available, and the security is very good.
