We had a good stay. The hotel and facilities were good and as expected.
Pros:

The hotel was really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location felt safe. The room was comfortable and as described.

Cons:

Not enough coffee bags and milk sachets in the room. I suppose we could have asked for these to be replenished.

Pros:

Was moved to an alternative hotel due to issues so I did not choose this hotel

Cons:

Given an accessible room which was not what I wanted and made it very awkward to use. Poor layout and electric point did not all work. Hot water from shower took nearly 10mins to arrive and by then I had finished - despite leaving for May minutes before I went under the shower

Pros:

Nice self contained unit … would like bed to be a king size. But understand was double I booked. Nice toiletries and quiet

Too far to walk with luggage to shard so cost us a lot in taxis

So hot at breakfast made me feel ill
