staff abbastanza disattento, ma se interpellato alle richieste è risultato disponibile. i corridoi di accesso alle stanze angusti e con odori non piacevoli. camera mediamente pulita.

the room was great for a family of 5. The staff in general was very kind but in particular at breakfast was very attentive and friendly. The position of the hotel was good as well.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable pour une famille de 5. C'était très agréable d'avoir de salles d'eau avec WC.
Le petit déjeuner etait excellent, les enfants ont adoré !
Le quartier est sympa, un peu à l'écart des endroits très touristiques mais en fait, très accessible à pied ou en transport en commun.

Le petit déjeuner royal ( tout etait frais et bon que ce soit au niveau du salé que sucré )

Chambre spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée, emplacement parfait pour visiter Londres, et petit-déjeuner complet avec beaucoup de choix. Idéal en famille comme pour un court séjour.
