Good value for money, truly small bed.
Pros:

Location was good, breakfast varied everyday and the facilities are secure. It isn’t a party district which we particularly enjoyed.

Cons:

-Their responsiveness could be improved, I had to chase them up.
-The bed is quite small.

まあ良かった。
Pros:

・部屋が広かった。
・トイレとバスが別で広さがある。
・朝食も美味しかった。

Cons:

・洗面所、お風呂場のカビや汚れがあり、掃除が行き届いているのか不安になった。綺麗であれば快適だったと思う。
・車をホテルの駐車場に駐車したが、車の中に置いてある荷物を後から取りに行きにくい（手間がかかる）。

Good location but there are better options out there, I'd suggest you to ignore this one.
Pros:

Great location (Honmachi), pretty well situated to catch nearby tourist attractions like Osaka Castle, Dotonbori and other markets. Breakfast spread is okay [no vegetarian options]

Cons:

The 3 PM check-in rule is extremely hostile when you've taken a 9 hour flight and 4 hr transit from Tokyo to Osaka. Also to my surprise the front desk lady asked for a early check-in fees (which is ok) but the fees was 16,000 Yen, more than the room rent for an entire night. The management needs to review their fares and the front desk person was extremely rude. Spoiled my entire first impression of this visit to Japan.
