Decent
Pros:

Good location, 5-10 minutes to two different subway lines. The room was very clean and my room service was very thorough.

Cons:

The elevator always stops at the second floor. At night I heard quite a few construction noises from the street, I don‘t know if this is often the case or not. I didn‘t like the shower hose but that it subjective. I had a bed for 2 for myself but the room felt quite small overall.

娘の誕生日という大切な日に水風呂で風邪をひいてしんどすぎたから別のホテルを選んだら良かったと後悔しかないです。
Pros:

掃除が行き届いてて綺麗でした

Cons:

大人1人、9歳子供、13歳子供、3人で泊まったけどベットが狭かった。お風呂に入って直ぐにシャワーのお湯が出たけど髪の毛を洗ってる時に水が出て来て10分程ずっと水で震えが止まらなかった。お風呂から上がって直ぐにくしゃみと鼻水が止まらなくて次の日も風邪の症状が酷くて最悪だった。次の日は娘の誕生日だからこのホテルを利用したけど別のホテルにしたら良かった。
エレベーターに乗る時にカードキーを照らす説明が無くて不親切と思った。

Nice location and nice room size
Pros:

Excellent location to visit Osaka / day trip around Osaka, for a week. Easy access to the city center and nearest métro station.
The room was quiet large compared to other similar hotel.
I do recommend this hotel !

Cons:

Staff was not that good at English on arrival day, fortunately my husband spoke Japanese.

Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein aber ok. Ausstattung war sehr gut. Es war auch sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist hervorragend.
