Pros:

Amazing place to stay in Pingyao. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We loved everything about this hotel: authenticity, location, service and its interior.

Pingyao vale la pena
Pros:

È un luogo molto suggestivo, arredato come un tempo, ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la manager è molto gentile. Colazione adeguata ( non abbiamo capito se potevamo scegliere l'opzione cinese, che abbiamo visto servire ad altri, mentre a noi è stata data la versione continentale, ma va bene così.) Con un piccolo prezzo aggiuntivo veramente basso la gentilissima manager ci ha ritirato e riportato in stazione.

Cons:

Se devo proprio trovare un difetto la mancanza di prese ai lati del letto, il fatto che la testiera del letto sia sotto l'unica finestra da cui entra il freddo. Qualche difficoltà di comunicazione con le ragazze dell' albergo, mentre la manager parla un ottimo inglese ed è molto gentile

Perfect Stay Perfect Location Perfect Hosts

OMG we actually only did a single night here but Fanny and Hana made it perfect. We arrived about 8pm and the hotel is just beautiful at night. Our room was stunning with a bed fit for a queen. The mattress is firm but we have found this in all hotels so far and it is preferred by us.
We were treated with a welcome gift and collected from the station for 30. There was normal toilet and wash facilities and very beautiful courtyard.
I didn’t have time to do my original plans but instead of just staying in the hotel Fanny and Hana helped us to go do some calligraphy which we desperately wanted to do and then helped us navigate to the main streets within the wall which was just beautiful.
We can’t rate the hotel, location or staff enough 10/10

Experiencia auténtica en pequeño hotel de Pingyao.
Pros:

Personal atento y servicial, dan recomendaciones sobre qué ver en Pingyao y dónde comer.
El hotel es pequeño pero auténtico, con decoración china.
Desayuno rico.
Tienen servicio de pick up desde la estación de tren de alta velocidad.

Expérience unique dans un lieu pittoresque typique des anciennes banques de Pingyao
Pros:

Tout d'abord, un grand merci à Fanny et Helen pour ce merveilleux accueil et tous les efforts fournis pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille.
L'hôtel se situe juste à côté des remparts ouest et offre une expérience unique dans un lieu pittoresque typique des anciennes banques de Pingyao.
En dehors de la beauté du lieu, l'hôtel est également confortable et bien équipé.
Séjour parfait pour une ou deux nuits et nous avons même eu droit à une upgrade gratuite, je recommande vivement pour les personnes de passage à Pingyao !

Cons:

Tout était parfait, mais à noter que les lits sont un peu durs pour ceux que ça pourrait déranger (nous avons très bien dormi en tout cas)

The building is part of a prestigious historic residence. We had the opportunity to enjoy an authentic experience in a traditional home, cared for in every detail. Typical Chinese mansion
Pros:

Very beautiful typical Chinese mansion. We felt brought back in time. Helen, the host, was super kind to help us with the tickets, the transfer to and from the hotel. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel!!!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place.
Pros:

A lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful old building. Comfortable, warm and clean. A gem! I had such a lovely stay. Helen, Fanny and manager Alice are so helpful and friendly. Alice speaks excellent English. Perfectly located for the beautiful old city of Pingyao.
