Pros:

Dzieciom smakował wieczorny ramen.

Cons:

Pokój był bardzo ciasny. Grzyb na suficie, wokół klimatyzacji. Łóżka niewygodne, pościel okropna. Nie było gdzie usiąść, dwie poduszki na podłodze. Na łóżku zastaliśmy czyjeś włosy, jakby pościel nie była zmieniona - okropne. Dzieci bały się tam spać, było jakoś mrocznie i bardzo nieprzyjemnie. Układ pokoju przedziwny - umywalki w przejściu do sypialni. Niestety darmowe przekąski i wybór kosmetyków nie rekompensują ogólnej nieprzyjemnej atmosfery tego miejsca. Na szczęście to były tylko dwie noce. Przyjechaliśmy z małymi torbami, gdybyśmy mieli walizki, to nie wiem gdzie by stały, chyba w korytarzu hotelowym. Jesteśmy bardzo zawiedzeni. Na pewno nie wrócimy.

Pros:

This is a hotel that keeps on amazing you at every corner, the facilities are really good and they have many things to offer. The pictures of the rooms really do not give it justice, as they are really big with good features. A personal favourite of mine was the pop corn machine, it was surprisingly delicious

Fantastic for a family and would definitely book this again!
Pros:

This is a great place to stay with kids! Loved all the activities and the included breakfast and ramen on the evenings as well as the included drinks all the time! We also really loved that it was basically on the river :)

Cons:

Only that our room didn’t have a view and the chronicler didn’t work too well but otherwise everything else was great!

Hotel super consigliato per un soggiorno a Osaka
Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione e a soli 2 minuti da Dotonbori.
La struttura offre tutti i servizi di un hotel di alta classe: oltre ai pigiami e ai prodotti già presenti in camera, c'è la possibilità di integrarne altri gratuitamente, scegliendo tra un'infinita varietà di opzioni.
La colazione varia dai dolci agli onigiri, mentre la sera è possibile farsi il ramen gratuitamente. Sempre disponibile un'ampia selezione di bevande, sia analcoliche che alcoliche.
Letti grandi e estremamente comodi.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Camera umida senza l’utilizzo continuo del condizionatore.
Presenza di polvere sulle superfici come testiera del letto e davanzale della finestra.
Questo non mi impedirà di riprenotare in questo hotel per un futuro soggiorno nella città.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in tre (due adulti e un ragazzo di 13 anni) e siamo rimasti entusiasti. La posizione è incredibilmente strategica, a due passi da Dotonbori e comodissima per ogni spostamento. Il vero punto di forza sono però i servizi offerti: l'hotel mette a disposizione degli ospiti bibite calde, fredde e alcolici h24, oltre a tantissimi amenities gratuiti che fanno davvero la differenza. La camera era spaziosa, comoda e lo staff si è dimostrato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è inclusa; l'abbiamo provata una sola mattina e l'abbiamo trovata molto buona, nella sua semplicità. Un soggiorno perfetto, consigliatissimo!

Interesting and cute
Pros:

The hotel approach for kids. A lot of different entertainment and games. We were without the kids, but i can imagine that for families is nice. They have free snack, breakfast, dinner and drinks, both soft and alcocholic. The amenities choice is amazing. The location is great!

Cons:

There was a single socket for a charger. And while there were many directly connected charging cables in our roo. They were not working. There were also USB A slots for u to use own cable (if at 2026 you still have usb A, which we had one) but those usb A are slow chargers so my phone charged from 17% to 50% only for the whole night from 11PM to 9 AM that is unacceptable in a foreign country where you need your phone for GPS, translation, communication and money

Pros:

Seamless communication and excellent facilities, I’ve been to many hotels, but nothing compares to this one - wide selection! The stuff is extremely helpful. I forgot my charger at my room and hotel stuff sent my charger to the next hotel! Excellent service.
