Great hotel with amazing amenities. Close to Namba station and Dotonbori. Would defintely stay again!
Pros:

The location is great. Only a few minutes walk to Dotonbori and Namba train station. The free drinks and food was great, especially after a long day. The staff were friendly and even let us check into our room a few hours earlier. Overall, it was a great place to stay in a great location.

Cons:

The rooms were on the smaller size, especially for a family of 5. Luckily we all had carry on size suitcases so we were able to fit them in spaces within the room (3 behind the bunk bed steps). If we had medium to large suitcases, it would have been a struggle to fit them in and still be able to move around. On site laundry would have been nice. In saying that, the coin operated laundry was only a 2-3 minute walk.

Pros:

מקום מושלם לטיול באוסקה למשפחות עם ילדים. מרחק הליכה של 4 דק מדוטונבורי ויחד עם זאת נמצא ברחוב שקט בו כל הרעש של איזור הבילויים לא מפריע. 5 דק הליכה מתחנת מטרו. 2 דקות הליכה מסופרמרקטים קטנים. קרוב למלא מסעדות. צוות אדיב , נעים ושירותי. חדרים נקיים ומפנקים במוצרי טיפוח , סבונים ומה לא. מיטות גדולות ומרווחות. שתיה חמה וקרה זמינה בכל שעות היום, וגם יין וסקה (עם מבחר טעמים). נשנושים במהלך היום. והבונוס זה איזור המשחקים לילדים. מאד מאד אהבנו!!!!! מעל המצופה.

Great location for a base in Osaka and good for a short stay!
Pros:

Locations was great and the extra amenities were fun! Great location and quick walk to Namba station and all the connecting train lines for sightseeing around the area!

Cons:

Room was a bit small for 4 of us and all our luggage (we stayed in the family suite with one queen and one bunkbed), but was comfortable enough for a short stay of 2 nights!

Pros:

The room is spacious and clean, and they have everything you need and more. The room is very well equipped. I like the extra things available in the hotel reception like free drinks and food.

Pros:

Hotel eccellente, posizione ottima, camera grandissima e pulitissima, staff gentilissimo e attentissimo. Tantissimi prodotti free a disposizione comprese bevande alcoliche e non. Lo consiglio vivamente! Per noi sarà il punto di riferimento quando ritorneremo a Osaka.

Pros:

2nd time staying here. I am happy with it

Cons:

It was hotter this time than last and the AC doesn't go below 20 degrees C. A dehumidifier would have helped cool the room down

Happy stay with family
Pros:

Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí rất thuận tiện. Nhân viên nhiệt tình giúp đỡ và cố gắng trả lời tất cả các câu hỏi của khách. Phòng tương đối rộng rãi và thoải mái cho gia đình đi cùng con nhỏ. Nhà vệ sinh rất rộng so với các khách sạn khác ở Nhật. Ngoài ra, Khách sạn cung cấp rất nhiều dịch vụ miễn phí đi kèm như afternoon tea, pop corn, ramen, bé nhà mình rất vui khi ở đây!

Cons:

Đèn cảm ứng trong toilet gây khá nhiều sự khó chịu khi liên tục tự động tắt mở.

I don’t know how this hotel is not talked about! The hotel is at the entrance to Dotonori itself and right by a train station so very convenient. Check-in was fast, room was big, and there was a huge selection of amenities in the room. All you can drink and eat located in the lobby. Staff was very helpful when I had issues and very welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel!
