Läget var mycket bra. Badrummet var ganska fräscht. Personalen i receptionen var vänlig.

Cons:

Slitet ställe med mycket små rum som skulle behöva genomgå en renovering. Fasttejpade plastpåsar istället för fönster i korridoren etc. Vi bokade ett rum för 4 personer, kan absolut inte rekommenderas, det är på tok för trångt.
Avråder från att ta deras frukost, vi valde västerländsk och den var i princip oätlig för alla i sällskapet-en gammal uppvärmd croissant, uppvärmt stekt ägg lagd på en sunkig fläskkiva, två små sönderkokta broccolibuketter, en yoghurt och en liten korv-det var det hela. Kaffet var slut vid vår ”slot-tid”

Worst experience.
Pros:

Nothing. Terrible experience.

Cons:

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Immediately upon entering our room, we noticed a strong musty odor throughout the room. The bathroom had an overwhelming bleach smell that caused headaches, the bed sheets were damp, the room was really dark with only one small main light, and we could clearly hear numerous dogs barking from a neighboring building. We also noticed stained walls, and when we lifted one of the couches, there was visible dirt and debris underneath, further raising concerns about the cleanliness and upkeep of the room.

We reported these concerns immediately after check-in. Rather than acknowledging our concerns, they were dismissed. During our interaction, staff laughed while we were trying to explain the issues. When a member of our group asked whether a staff member spoke English so we could communicate more clearly, we were accused of being racist, which was both surprising and upsetting. The interaction became increasingly unprofessional and left us feeling uncomfortable staying at the property.

During our discussion, staff also told us that “this is how all Japanese hotels are.” Based on our experience, we do not believe this is an accurate characterization. This was our third hotel during this trip, and I have stayed in at least eight hotels across multiple visits to Japan. We have never encountered conditions like these elsewhere.

We returned our room keys, left the property within approximately 30 minutes of checking in, and booked another hotel for the remainder of our trip.

I cannot recommend this hotel based on both the condition of the accommodations and the way legitimate guest concerns were handled. Please don’t stay at this hotel.

Posizione centrale, gentilezza del personale che ci ha aiutato a spedire i bagagli più pesanti a Tokyo con corriere Yamato San, ombrelli sempre disponibili e disponibilità di bevande calde e fredde. C'erano persino dei vestiti per chi ama i cosplayer. Letti enormi e super comodi

裏なんばロケーションとコスパのよいお宿。
Pros:

大阪ミナミ裏なんばに位置し、黒門市場も近くロケーションよく便利。
平日は安くてコスパが良い。
1Fが居酒屋になっている。

Cons:

リノベしてあるが、多少古さが残る。
スリッパがそのままの状態で、衛生的などうなのか多少微妙でした。

Lokacija je bila super. Blizu podzemna, Dotonbori, restavracije, nakupovalni center. Sobe premajhne za tri osebe in zajtrk ni bil najboljši.

It was perfect for a one night stay. For longer accommodation it would have been too stark.

Cons:

Breakfast was not buffet, you chose western or Asian and they brought you an assortment of things. It was good? But unexpected.
But what I didn’t like was that we asked them to keep our luggage after check out and they leave it outside the hotel, under no supervision and take no responsibility if anything gets stolen. Maybe that doesn’t happen in Japan, but it was completely u safe.
