Crowne Plaza Riyadh - RDC Hotel & Convention by IHG

My experience at Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention Center was excellent, especially for a technology in construction conference. The event was very well organized, with perfectly arranged stands that made it easy to navigate and engage.

The food was a standout—high quality, well-presented, and consistently available throughout the day. Service was smooth, including efficient valet parking, which made arrival and departure hassle-free.

Its central location in Riyadh adds to the convenience, making it an ideal choice for conferences and conventions.

Very Disappointing experience compare to all the positive reviews!

As a foreign traveler on official business, we were refused booking despite providing proper documentation and official letters with Saudi Laws. The handling with Manger's felt unprofessional, Arrogant, and frustrating.

I had a great experience at Crowne plaza RDC Riyadh. The service was excellent especially from Mr. Arshad in the Concierge team he’s very kind, attentive and provides truly top notch service🙏

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place operates on a completely different level. Every detail, from the first impression at the entrance to the smallest touches in the room, was handled with precision and genuine care.

What truly elevated the experience was the team. A special thank you to Omar, Lana, and Sitta at reception, who made everything feel smooth, welcoming, and effortless from the very beginning. Their professionalism and warm attitude set the tone for the entire stay.

A standout mention also goes to Hatoun, Assistant GRM, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were clearly reflected throughout the experience. It’s rare to see this level of consistency without strong leadership behind it.

And last but not least, Mr. Fadi Sawayah, Area General Manager, whose leadership is evidently shaping a culture of high standards and genuine hospitality. It clearly shows across every touchpoint.

The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between comfort and sophistication, making it equally suitable for both business and relaxation. The service throughout was consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive, which is rare.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. You can clearly see that there is a strong focus not just on operations, but on delivering a complete and refined guest journey.

In terms of value, it absolutely delivers. You’re not just paying for a stay, you’re investing in a well-executed experience.

This is one of those places that doesn’t just meet expectations, it quietly exceeds them. I will definitely be coming back.

Very close to The Boulevard, U-Walk, and The Zone. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service, delicious food, and great facilities. Highly recommended! Thanks for the warm welcome from Miss Khulood.

I loved the hospitality of the lobby staff, politeness and professionalism where the main impression i got. The doorman ( Seems Egyptian, but i didn't get his name, he was very polit and helpful.
