Wonderfull Hotel and staff
Pros:

I loved the hospitality of the lobby staff, politeness and professionalism where the main impression i got. The doorman ( Seems Egyptian, but i didn't get his name, he was very polit and helpful.
" Arshad" at the lobby, was incredibly energetic, proactive, and remarkable.
Thank you, Crowne plaza, for the wonderful experience and for having such a dedicated team!"

Highly recommend for business meeting
Pros:

I attended a business at this venue, and it was an excellent experience. The place was very elegant comfortable and perfect suitable for business professionals I also requested assistance with printing some documents and the team was extremely helpful cooperative and professional.

Great hotel for active people
Pros:

We stayed here for four nights for leisure and had a great stay. The hotel is comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was very good. The location is very convenient, not only for business but also for leisure, especially for visiting Diriyah, KAFD, and the main shopping areas. We also really liked the facilities, especially the excellent gym, tennis court, basketball court, heated pool, and the very good breakfast. We will definitely come back.

Cons:

The curtains did not fully black out the room, so that could definitely be improved. Also, since the hotel is in the busy Digital City business area, there can be quite a bit of traffic during rush hours.

The service was excellent. The facilities were in really good condition.

Cons:

Booked a room for 3 people but there was only 2 beds. Although we shared the beds were too small for 2 people.

A very happy and nice stay also I had a great experience
Pros:

Hatoun and lana brought a positive energy and I believe because of the high standards among the team members they spread positive energy like a butterfly and I think that people like hatoon and Lana also Mohammed and Seta should be in hotels worldwide as living examples for all costumes services and leaders as well this positive energy and smiles help all the guests get to know each other and maintain a positive atmosphere fostering respect for one another and good management I thank the front office manager for his excellent management and for choosing the right staff for visit which I will definitely respect and will come back
