Very nice, comfortable short stay for the 1 night and was very nice to have a bath!
Pros:

Very nice and lots of selection. some of the food was a little cold though although this was at 1015 toward the end of breakfast

Amazing Quite Unforgettable Stay This was my forth visit to this property and once we arrived we have a magnificent upgrade to 80Sqm Suite with fantastic view to digital city at the executive lounge floor with fully access to lounge from the front team Mr. KHATAB special thanks for him and the great hospitality who really made unbelievable and unforgettable stay
Team at the executive lounge floor Mr.Sajad and his crew where very nice and friendly and making you smile and happy while enjoying your meal
The swimming pool was outdoor and was very clean and comfortable time there
Lunch at main restaurant was fabulous
Amazing location and huge lobby with excellent service once I came to front desk room was not ready and they invited us for free drinks (Hot/cold) at skylite cafe so Mr. Mohammad wazeem was there with big smile and an amazing cappuccino made with heart and love

Clean but overpriced hotel with an unacceptable and unprofessional parking experience that overshadowed the stay.
Pros:

The room was very normal—clean and acceptable—but nothing special considering the price. Overall, the stay was okay in terms of cleanliness and basic comfort, though I find it expensive for the level provided.

Cons:

I had a very bad experience with the parking staff at around 4:00 AM. My wife was asked personal and inappropriate questions, and the staff member didnt open the parking door directly after scanning the ticket. The behavior was highly unprofessional.
The staff member claimed this was to confirm the room number to avoid charging for parking, but the way it was handled was unacceptable. I raised an official complaint to the duty manager; however, I did not receive a proper apology or reassurance regarding this behavior.
As a result of this incident, I will not return to this hotel. For a 5-star hotel, customer experience, respect, and staff training should be a top priority, especially in how employees interact with guests.
