Great stay as it was close to main train lines and to Gion area

Great social atmosphere, comfortable bed
Pros:

Great location and facilities. The capsule bed was very comfortable. I really liked how social the place is, the free drinks at happy hour is a great way to meet other people staying there. Overall a very memorable experience and good value for money

The physical hostel/hotel was nice and beds were comfortable, however people from the coworking could really impact

Cons:

Some of the staff and the manager were not respectful, equitable, and did not know how to fairly and properly handle conflict between customers if it came up.
