Very very comfortable stay!
Pros:

This hotel offers a unique experience living in the comfort of a hotel but with a blend of being also at home. It offers everything you need when you’re in Armenia especially during the summer. Each room has an individual air-conditioner that offers escape from daily heat. The rooms and facilities kept very clean but the most amazing are the crispy spotless fresh towels you get every day.
The bed is very comfortable and the cotton blend light blankets are a genius solution in hot Armenia and very comfortable even with AC on. Arina and Narine are amazing and run this place impeccably. The hotel is in the center of Yerevan - everything is around a corner - location is awesome.

Cons:

The only thing what could be improved is wifi. Its not reliable, drops some time and has a low security, but it was a minor inconvenience.

Good value boutique central accommodation
Pros:

Great location near Blue Mosque and central Yerevan.
Owners and staff very friendly and kindly accepted our late check-in.
Very clean and comfortable room.
Lovely, peaceful courtyard for breakfast.

Pros:

Alles is schoon, de eigenaren zijn ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamers zijn heel ruim en mooi! Ik kom hier zeker weer terug als ik in Yerevan ben!

Niets, het is echt een fijne plek!

Pros:

My stay was perfect. Room are very nice and clean and entire service is excellent. Location is walk distance from attractions. I would recommend this hotel and would book it again if coming to Yerevan.

If you want to stay in a cozy and cheap place not far from the center this is a great choice.
Pros:

Amazing owner and staff. Arina who is working on the reception was very friendly and helpful. She tried to help us with our flight delays and recommended restaurants. We liked cleanliness and coziness of the room and terrace next to the hotel. And I really appreciate Arina made upgrade of our room when we check-ined. If we will go to Yerevan, we will definitely chose this place.

Pros:

Malý hotel v podstatě v rodinném domě. Hotel je ve vnitrobloku, takže je tam klid. Paní Anna byla super ochotná, se vším nám pomohla, mohli jsme si v den odjezdu nechat v recepci zavazadla. Dokonce jsme dostali jeden pokoj ze tří upgradovaný. Pokoje byly čisté, pohodlné. Poměr cena/výkon relativně ok na poměry v centru města.

Cons:

Koupelny ve dvou pokojích byly malinké a architektonicky zvláštně řešené, tak byl pohyb v koupelně a na WC trochu nepohodlný.

Excellent hotel and phenomenal staff.
Pros:

The staff was especially helpful and accommodating when my plans changed. The rooms were very clean and well decorated. A pharmacy and supermarket are within 50 feet of the hotel.

Cons:

no problems with my stay.

Great hospitality and cosy rooms in the centre of Yerevan
Pros:

Daniel Boutique Hotel is centrally located in Yerevan, but due to it being accessed via a courtyard, it's set a little of the street which leads to a more quiet stay. This is very much appreciated in a bustling city like Yerevan. The room was very comfortable, with a good bed and a nice shower. The hosts were very accommodating, helping us to check-in even though we arrived a little earlier than expected.

Pros:

Очень гостеприимный отель!!! Не пришлось ни о чем беспокоиться - сразу связались, объяснили как добраться, предложили трансфер. Заселили ночью без проблем. Всегда очень хорошо убирались. Окна с маленькими балкончиками - очень здорово, с одного из них вид на мечеть. Есть свой тенистый дворик, в котором приятно отдохнуть - можно попить кофе или что-то поесть, что принёс с собой. Отель во дворе поэтому очень тихо. При этом ты в центре. Отель оставил самый приятные впечатление.
