La ubicación es bastante céntrica pero ahora mismo está muy afectada por la construcción del metro, por lo que los atascos son insufribles.

Cons:

The Hotel is nice and the staff are super friendly. However, the breakfast was below expectations with limited options (mainly Indian dishes are offered). Also, it didn't like the taste of most options offered. I thought that I will get a much better experience from that brand and for the value I paid.

Disappointing stay overall, with an unwelcoming atmosphere and a poor breakfast buffet.
Pros:

Property location and spacious room.Had a good experience at Elysium spa.

Cons:

Early morning check-in was disappointing — I had to greet myself at reception, with no smile or welcome from the staff. Overall, most staff felt cold and unapproachable. The only positives were the breakfast room manager and concierge team, who were friendly and helpful.Breakfast was not up to the mark.

Superb hotel with great breakfast, will stay again.
Pros:

Superb hotel, close to the airport and city. Spacious room, plenty of space for storage. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows offered. Electrically operated drapes. Spacious and clean bathroom and toilet. Good WiFi. Excellent breakfast, tasty and offering a large range of cuisines and dishes to suit all tastes. Good cereal choices and excellent toast. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Cons:

For an airport hotel, 6:30 AM is a little late for breakfast. And some food items arrive only at 7:00.

Pros:

Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast timing was good. Room size was good.

Cons:

Food quality was below average. Idli was hard and cannot imagine that cannot get good idli in Chennai. Bathrooms need some serious thinking. Toilet is extremely low and a hazard for most people. Please check the height. Shower fixtures have complicated control.
