Overall comfortable and reception staffs could have handled better.
Pros:

Spacious Room and good breakfast.

Cons:

Waiting time in reception was long. Only 2 staffs couldn’t manage few customers.

Superb hotel with great breakfast, will stay again.
Pros:

Superb hotel, close to the airport and city. Spacious room, plenty of space for storage. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows offered. Electrically operated drapes. Spacious and clean bathroom and toilet. Good WiFi. Excellent breakfast, tasty and offering a large range of cuisines and dishes to suit all tastes. Good cereal choices and excellent toast. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Cons:

For an airport hotel, 6:30 AM is a little late for breakfast. And some food items arrive only at 7:00.

Pros:

Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast timing was good. Room size was good.

Cons:

Food quality was below average. Idli was hard and cannot imagine that cannot get good idli in Chennai. Bathrooms need some serious thinking. Toilet is extremely low and a hazard for most people. Please check the height. Shower fixtures have complicated control.

Fantastic
Pros:

New hotel and friendly staff. Food was excellent and many options to choose from. True 5 star experience stay. I traveled with family and elderly parents. They all loved the experience. Great location for getting around.

Love the room and the quietness of the hotel. Very clean.
