Best breakfast , very nice hotel with nice pool. Close to the beach and markets. This hotel is highly highly recommended
For elder people who cannot walk over steps or high slops, it might be difficult. However, they will help and send a wheel chair with someone to support.

The swimming pool was very good. The breakfast was diverse and good. Very good staff, especially Nair.
Overall it was a very good hotel.
The hospitality and location, first time I stay in the karon beach area it’s more quiet than patong beach but with all the benefits (shops - restaurants- beautiful beach, etc..)
I wish the swimming pool was bigger with better view. Everything else was amazing. Also if you have physical limitations (disability - injury) some areas you need to use the stairs ex: from the lobby to room - the rooftop restaurant) they have a ramp leading to rooms building but it’s very steep.
Good location. Elevated and close to the beach. Great buffet breakfast and lovely pool area. Very helpful staff on the front desk.
2 short flights of stairs to get to the accomodation. I didn't notice a lift, but we didn't need it.

המלון לא נמצא מול החוף !! יש כביש והליכה בין המלון לחוף !
היו שיפוצים במלון ולא טיפלו בזה, לא עדכנו אותנו ולא פסיקו את השיפוצים - מביך למלון 5 כוכבים

שחוששים לאבד את המפתח של החדר נתנו לנו שני כרטיסים ואנחנו 6 נפשות ואם מאבדים כרטיס משלמים 500 באט.
The breakfast spread was wide and the afternoon high tea was really good. The room is really spacious and gave us a happy feel and vibe upon arrival.
The pool bar should be extended to 10pm instead of closing at 6pm. The flooring gets really wet in rooms and aircon has to be consistently switched on.
