When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
The Lensbury is currently undergoing an exciting improvement program which includes a renovation to our main restaurant and bar. During these works, and while these spaces are closed, disruption will be kept to a minimum, with breakfast and dinner served in our recently refurbished Dunbar Lounge during this time.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great to days, marvellous area, would be happy to return
Pros:

The staff in restaurant and bar were exceptional

Cons:

Safe didn't work on our arrival and Reception informed us we had to be present for security to rectify it (because our valuables might be inside!) . Loo cistern needed repair and drains in bathroom require some unblocking

Very, very nice hotel in great location. Excellent staff.
Pros:

Fabulous location, we had a very large comfortable room. Fridge and bottled water were provided, aircon was effective. Lovely views.

Cons:

Bed was a little too soft for my liking. Cooked breakfast items were not hot enough.

Blissful stay at The Lensbury
Pros:

Location, gym, pool, spa facilities, location to Heathrow airport, on the river. We will return.

Cons:

Currently being upgraded. Couldn’t use restaurant but will be amazing when it’s finished. No building noise.

I booked a twin room but our booking was no t met as we were presented with a double.
Pros:

The breakfast was much better than when a buffet

Cons:

Children seemed to be allowed to run riot in the dining area. Playing football in the evening inside and jumping all over the sofas and being very noisy. I have 5 children and would have been mortified had that been mine and very disappointed to be having to tolerate such poor behaviour l. Did not understand why the staff did not have a quiet word with the parents
