When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
The Lensbury is currently undergoing an exciting improvement program which includes a renovation to our main restaurant and bar. During these works, and while these spaces are closed, disruption will be kept to a minimum, with breakfast and dinner served in our recently refurbished Dunbar Lounge during this time.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Comfortable and well sited hotel, good breakfast.
Pros:

Convenience to town, rooms were large and well equipped.

Cons:

Only 1 lift which took an age to get to the 3rd floor!

Pros:

The staff are very friendly and it's a wonderful location. The restaurant was beautiful.
The room we had was rather dated, however it does state they are investing in this area .

Pros:

Great location and facilities - we loved the pool and spa. Good breakfast with lots of choices.
Comfortable beds and good showers

Cons:

The room was a good size and well laid out but could do with a bit of updating in places - though this didn’t really affect our stay

One night stay into a Sunday
Pros:

The Lensbury is a great hotel in a superb location.

Cons:

The room in the main block was very tired and not in great condition as well as small for the price charged - needs a good refreshing.
Music from a function room was heard late into the night and bin collection very early on a Sunday morning was extremely noisy.
