L'art de gâcher un emplacement en or
Pros:

Proche de l'aéroport.
Prix .
Contrairement à beaucoup de gens, les lits durs ne m'ont pas dérangé

Cons:

La " salle de bains" qui en est pas une.
Le fait de recevoir des mails pour confirmer que l'on arrive, à quelle heure etc
L'accueil par la réceptionniste qui ne parle pas 3 mots d'anglais, ce qui semble la moindre des choses lorsque la majorité des clients sont étrangers.
Le fait qu'elle n'avait pas réservé la navette comme prévu pour ce matin.
Le fait que le réceptionniste du matin , qui voulait soit disant commander un Grab a essayé de m'escroquer en me montrant un tarif d'excursion et en me disant que Grab serait moins cher.........
Finalement nous sommes allés à pied au pas de course.

Disappointment
Cons:

The beds are extremely hard. The most uncomfortable ones in our 2 weeks in Vietnam. The room was nothing like the photos. The paint should be refreshed. The metal doors to the bathroom were full of rust.

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was very disappointed. The Superior Twin Room I booked appeared smaller than the pictures on the web; it was uncomfortable. The beds are very hard, making it difficult for my kids to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was tiny-the distance between the toilet seat and the shower is only about 30cm, making it very cramped. The shower water pressure as also very weak and drained slowly.
The room has two double beds but only two electrical outlets, which were barely enough for charging 4 phones and not sufficient for other devices such as Ipads. There is none mirror in the room and there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom for using a hair dryer.
The biggest issue was the hotel's customer service. Before I even checked in, staff repeatedly texted me demanding payment and threatening to cancel my reservation if I did not pay immediately. This was despite the fact that my booking.com reservation clearly stated that payment would be made upon check-in. I had already informed the total that I would arrive between 4:00pm - 6:00pm, yet the staff continued to texted me multiple times, which felt like harassment.
Overall, the room was uncomfortable, poorly designed, and the pre-arrival customer service was unacceptable. I would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I wouldn’t recommend booking here. We were half way to Vietnam on a layover in China when I suddenly got a message saying our booking was cancelled because they overbooked. We had to scramble to rebook something the day we landed which cause unnecessary stress to the trip.
