Erg lekker ontbijt en fijne kamer voor een paar dagen. Ik had wat verbeterpunten opgeschreven en kreeg gelijk excuses, heel attent personeel!

As we had an evening flight the use of shower facilities before leaving would have been beneficial., as the 50 Euro charge to keep our room on for a few hours was too expensive.............................................................................................................................................

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The hotel is situated in an area of rejuvenation. It is modern with lots of space for enjoying the aircon a good bar and nice restaurant although not many Catalan dishes were available. We were offered an upgrade on arrival for another 20 euros a night but declined. Our room was more than adequate. Clean and comfortable.
The staff were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the city. The location was perfect, 15 minutes to the beach in one direction and 20 minutes to the city in the other. A 5 minute walk to the metro.

Pros:

Great location – most of the main attractions are within walking distance. The lobby is stylish, beautiful and always smells lovely. The omelette at breakfast was delicious, and the food overall was very good. The rooms are quiet, and the pillows are very comfortable, with different options to choose from.

Cons:

The quality of the housekeeping could have been better – the room was quite dusty and the floors did not seem to have been properly cleaned. There were also some stains on the towels and bed linen. When we first checked into the room, there was an unpleasant smell, although it went away after we aired the room out.

el lugar es agradable y tranquilo, la piscina está agradable también y la habitación ok

Cons:

la atención un poco floja, tenía roto el dispensador de jabón y no lo arreglaron en toda la estancia pese a que lo pedí, el aire no funcionaba correctamente y tampoco lo miraron... me parece un poco caro para lo que es.

La posizione non è ideale, ma comunque ben collegata, vicino a diverse fermate degli autobus e a pochi minuti da quella della metro Glories
