最初の2泊は、空いていたより広い部屋を案内いただいた。窓も大きく広々としていた。
予約していた部屋も窓が小さくはあるが全体的に快適でした。熱いシャワーも使えるし、WiFiも下り200Mbpsと十分速く、飲料水のボトルを毎日2Lいただけたし、朝食のブュッフェも美味しかった。
立地もタメル地区の中心部に近く、よかった。
一部コンセントが使えない箇所があったが滞在に支障はなかった。
First room we was put in wasn’t good , with window looking onto a brick wall and a big step covered by a carpet . We asked to be moved which they did moved to 401 , lovely airy bright room . Staff were lovely , everything on the doorstep . Simple breakfast included . Nice outdoor seating area

카트만두에 여러 번 왔지만 가격대비 만족스러운 숙소 찾기가 힘들었는데 이 숙소는 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 모든 직원들이 친절하고 뜨거운 물도 잘 나오고 조식도 많은 종류는 아니지만 좋았어요. 또 숙박할 의향이 있습니다.
The staff are exceptional! Always helpful and going the extra mile. The hotel is always very clean, and we always had hot water and wifi. Delicious food at a great price in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast is the best!

Warm and welcoming staff, delicious breakfasts and dinners. We ate there almost every night. Very comfortable beds and rooms with hot showers. The rooftop terrace for drinks after a long day exploring. Highly recommend and we will return.
I was picked up from the airport right on time by one of the hotel staff, and finding them was super easy, even though the airport itself was a bit overwhelming. That pickup honestly made such a difference. There were a bunch of people trying to get me into taxis, but the shuttle person made sure I wasn’t bothered and got me to the hotel with zero stress.
I’ve got to say, the shuttle driver was amazing. The streets were super busy, but they handled it all so well that I felt completely safe the entire ride.
When I arrived, I was greeted by the manager, Rajendra Bhatta, and the rest of the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. This was my first time in Nepal, so having that warm welcome really meant a lot. Rajendra told me that guests are treated like family here, and I genuinely felt that the whole time.
My room was super clean, and they even provided shower sandals, which was a nice touch. The bed was large, clean, and really comfortable. There was an air conditioner that kept the room perfectly cool and cozy, and I was also given two large bottles of water, which I really appreciated after traveling.
The complimentary breakfast was incredible, with a full buffet and really great food. I also tried the hotel restaurant, Royal Garden, and wow, the food was next-level. The chefs seriously know what they’re doing. Every meal I had was delicious.
The staff gave me lots of helpful info to make my stay easier. Manita, one of the hosts, was especially helpful. She arranged a taxi for me, recommended a super useful app that let me book rides without haggling prices, and really made getting around so much easier. Later in the day, when I had to catch a bus, she let me stay in the hotel lobby and even brought me tea while I waited. That was such a thoughtful gesture.
Being in a new city for the first time can feel overwhelming, but I felt completely safe and taken care of here. I’m honestly so glad I chose this hotel.

Wonderful stuff from the manager to front desks, bell boys, restaurant stuff , security , house keeping, anyone I met, was so nice and always willing to help …. Always ask if they could do anything … so welcoming.

The hotel is very nice. Everyone makes best effort to make you feel comfortable here.
Sadly my room was very close to stairwell and I could hear everyone coming up and down and then also talked very loud so I could not sleep properly. Other than that it was a very nice stay.
Great breakfast, very helpful staff throughout the hotel, and reliable amenities.
