Pros:

I liked the very good location and proximity to the airport and Thamel. I also enjoyed the restaurant and food. the staff was excellent, very helpful and responsive.
I would like to especially mention Paban, Bhatta and Manita all professional and helpful, thank you!

Great spot to stay in the heart of kathmandu! Clean, the stuff is amazing and welcoming and they have great breakfast. Highly recommend staying here.

Very professional, friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Tulsi (the manager). Good location, cozy and spacious rooms, tasty breakfast with numerous options.

Cons:

Property could have an elevator, climbing stairs on daily basis seemed a little difficult

Pros:

The staff are amazing and look after you very well. The hotel manager is constantly floating around interacting with everyone. The location is fantastic, on the edge of Thamel so it is quiet at night and always clean, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast also.

Pros:

From the moment we entered Oasis Hotel the manager and staff were exceptional. They were friendly and couldn't do enough for us ..
The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. The location was perfect in a quiet street just around the corner from all the shops and eaterys in Thamel..
We would definitely stay at this beautiful Hotel next time we are in Kathmandu. Thank you to all the staff that made this a wonderful stay.

True Oasis in Thamel Kathmandu- safe, quiet location, welcoming attentive & helpful staff
Pros:

We had the absolute pleasure of spending 4 nights at Oasis Kathmandu Hotel. From our first contact with manager Tulsi to reception staff to all very attentive waiting staff & cleaning staff we were warmly welcomed & nothing was too much trouble. Oasis provided a truly much needed sanctuary after EBC Trek ( high cleaning standards, more than substantial food options with included breakfast & consistent hot water showers ), along with a beautiful garden rooftop filled with greenery to relax on couches reading a book with a cold drink & snack to escape the heat of the afternoon or to provide a much needed break from the business of Thamel but only located a very short & very safe stroll to the main shopping streets of Thamel. We would highly recommend Oasis Kathmandu Hotel for all visitors - suitable for singles, couples & families and would most definitely choose this as our accommodation again for our next visit to Kathmandu.

Great value : prime location
Pros:

My Five nights at Oasis were very pleasant. Tulsi the manager took care of all needs and concerns. Location is good. Relatively quiet, property clean, staff was responsive. Excellent value. Some complaints about no lift seem petty. Restaurant average, breakfast limited, but got the job done.

Pros:

Great hotel, close to shops, restaurants, temples. Garden of Dreams just around the corner and not too far from Durbar square. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some of our luggage did not arrive and they called the airport to help locate it and arrange collection. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Nice coffee served in the coffee shop and lovely outdoor seating area. The hotel can arrange trekking and tours.

Cons:

Nothing really, good place to stay for the money paid.

Sehr gute Lage am Rand von Thamel, zentral aber doch ruhig gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker und preiswert. Kostenloser Transfer zum Flughafen sowie Gepäckaufbewahrung während des dreiwöchigen Treks inbegriffen. Wenn ich wieder mal nach Kathmandu komme dann würde ich jederzeit wieder das Oasis auswählen!
