I had the loveliest stay at the seven hotel in south end with my mum and son , the staff were absolutely lovely , Fazul was wonderful and so great with my son who was being very cheeky around the hotel , they were very kind and one of them even gave me a phone charger to keep over night , I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name !!
I couldn’t recommend this little gem of a hotel enough , it was spotlessly clean , rooms were lovely and the food was like Michelin star , thank you so much will be back soon
The Staff were wonderful, very kind, polite and extremely helpful. Both rooms were very clean and tidy although room 405 for the first night needs much attention given the price albeit peak season.
I did mention after the first night that I did not like the room. This is where I rate the Staff and Management highly. I was moved to another room 402 for the second night at no extra charge. The Staff helped me to move my things exceptional customer service. Room 402 had a beautiful balcony with a stunning sea view. The room was beautiful, large, comfortable and the bed was a dream to sleep in. The bathroom was extremely clean including toilet brush! Everything I could have needed was provided in the room and bathroom including tea, coffee selections. I did not eat breakfast or meals at the hotel as the prices were high. I was told by Claire when checking out that the prices do change when it is not peak season. Claire was lovely and yes I would stay again in room 402 definately.
The first room I stayed in for the first night I did not like. As a severely disabled guest I had to ask reception to move one of the bedside tables as I could not open the wardrobe to hang my clothes. Although I had a balcony there was no access to the outside stairs and I felt vunerable. The net curtains in room 405 need replacing and the carpet needs deep cleaning to get rid of stains.
In the surface Hotel is lovely but it needs a good clean in communal areas and rooms need attention

I had breakfast at the 7 but it wasn’t part of my price for the room. Food was excellent. I ate on the veranda and the view was amazing.

The bed was hard, pillows soft, shower flooded the bathroom floor, stains on walls and on green pillow cover.
