Stylish modern hotel, friendly helpful staff and great facilities and location.
We couldn't complain at all about our room, it was spacious, had everything you needed and was very clean. We were staying with friends who asked for a "Sea view" room, which they were given, their room however was smaller and their toilet and shower room significantly so, resulting in the fact when they took a shower, it completely wet the entire room. This is a known fault at the hotel. Our tip would be to avoid a room with a "sea view" (it's the Thames estuary, not the Caribbean!). 😁

Room was too small for 3 people. Wet room style bathroom left floor unsafe.
Buffet style breakfast preferable to à la carte especially with a child.

Room was quite small and we were there two years ago when there was a power cur, so we had no air con and lift service, and were told we could have an upgrade on our next visit, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked at the weekend we stayed.
Bigger room.
It was really relaxing and cozy for myself and my Mrs to spend a night and would happily come back to it
