Great food excellent service.
Everything was centred around your comfort.
Afternoon Tea. Booked in February for a surprise 70th for group of 12 with deposits taken. The Afternoon Tea consisted of a plate of sandwiches, followed by the 3 tiered stack of plates that consisted of 3 different styles of mousse, which werd melting on the plate and 4 overcooked scones. Not a baked cake insight. The whole experience was very disappointing. AND to add insult to injury they did not take off the deposits from the final bill!! Footnote: think this was done on purpose as they tried to hike the price of the ATea after i had paid the deposits in February. A short reminder regarding Consumer Rights Act, seemed to put things right. Maybe thats why out ATea was rubbish!

Very accommodating asked to change baby bed to a baby cot and did it with no complaints was very happy
Only thing we didn’t like was the pillows was to sofa and flat but that’s our opinion

Stayed here from the 6-8th July for a short break in Southend. Check in was smooth. Lovley decor in the Hotel. On arrival to our room all I can say is Wow! What a beautiful room it was. Air con was superb it was most needed with the hot weather. The bed was very comfortable. Tv in room had streaming services also. The bathroom is absolutely massive! The shower is a walk in one and very big. The bathroom floor is also heated so the floor is never cold and dries in the shower area very quickly indeed. We enjoyed our stay and would stop here again definitely!

We booked a mini trip to escape London and we book the Seven hotel on arriving we we're presently surprised looked lovely and clean and well kept. we could t check in till 3 but wanted to go and spend some time shaving fun and asked if we could leave our car in their car park - of course they said! magic! we had dinner at the restaurant that night and it was amazing we have a bit of everything as family joined us for dinner and we all had something different. All the food was amazing! we checked out our room and it was lovely the view was amazing and i couldn't wait to wake up to it. Room service later on for a toastie was great 👍🏻 and they made a bed up for my little one too.. rooms are beautiful and clean. beds are firm and comfortable. double beds are not king size just to note . breakfast was stunning full english and my daughter had pancakes all was perfect and lovely quality food is used or made. Staff are very helpful and attentive and nothing is too much trouble. once checked out we could leave our car again to go have some fun.. We will be back and i've already told family to visit.
