The kitchen might be a little small.
Very quiet and peaceful place, good as for this standard accommodation. Nothing here is private - everything shared. Booking.com sometimes shows that there is private kitchen or bathroom. Only your room will be not shared if you chose this one.
Bed was comfortable, space outside the room to sit was nice, powerful hot shower and basic kitchen facilities enabled us to cook for ourselves. Fan in the room.
Overpriced. We found the accommodation to be poor value for money. For the price you paid I would have at least expected a towel-booking.com didn’t say towels were included but they were in the photos on the beds.
WiFi never worked properly despite having several wifi connections available. That meant the smart tv was useless.
The bathroom and kitchen were cleaned every day but a more thorough clean was needed in the bathroom-people left their half used soaps in the shower which were left there for multiple days covered in hair. The shower also didn’t drain very well so you were ankle deep in water by the end of your shower. Half of the days we were there the shower mat was removed so the floor was very slippery when stepping out of the shower.
More bowls needed in the kitchen.
Really didn’t like the way the owners treated their dog. It was chained up outside and as our room was next to the street we constantly heard the dog barking or pulling on its chain.
Good problem-solving
Our room was double booked so we got put in another airbnb further away from the centre. Then we got a room at Tiny Hostel the last night, but it was a worse room that we initially had booked...
Friendly and helpful staff
It was not perticarely bad, but our toilet was beside the kitchen. It's bit of unconventional place whereby I wasn't 100% comfortable with
The location was great, it was quiet and clean. Everyone was very friendly and the court yard is beautiful.

The dog ran around freely, first with a muzzle, then suddenly without. Why?
The bed assigned to me was dirty.
There are NO lockers, but there is a sign at reception saying that the hostel is not liable for lost items - that's funny.
As I wanted to go back into town, I took my valuables with me and left my rucksack in the room. When I came back, I noticed that 1 zipper was slightly open. I thought it was strange, but I thought I might have opened it by mistake.
When I packed up my things this morning I noticed that 2 more zippers were clearly open -> someone had definitely gone through my things, who knows, nothing was missing at first glance, but the feeling is not nice!
This is the first time this has happened to me (so obviously).
Keys for the gate are only available on request, the man at reception can't remember my name or whether I've already paid.
I had to pay in cash, but today a customer was able to pay by card, strange ...
The host was super nice, a lot of recomendations for things to do, he really tried his best to speak english with us because we didnt speak spanish,
Mountainbike rental available at the desk, 15000 pessos at the time for a full day, half a day is less, we went to qatarbe (devils troat) close to atacama, beautiful
Maybe bit far from the center,
No mirror in room,
