The staff was wonderful! Jack was very nice! He gave us a great dinner recommendation. And helped with our room change.
I booked that hotel because of the air conditioning. The air didn’t work in our first room. The room was bigger and the view was wonderful but I couldn’t open the window. So the staff was very kind and moved us to a room with working air. It was a good bit smaller and the view was terrible, but I did get a good nights sleep.
The location was great. The history of the hotel was incredible. Staff were fantastic.

The Saints and Scholars Bar was under construction and unacceptable as a hotel bar. I was very much looking forward to the old bar.
Beautiful and traditional hotel. We stayed for one night, and the service was amazing, we got great help from everyone we met. The room was pretty and comfy, the bed was super comfy. There was a modern and clean bathroom, which was appreciated. The bar was nice, although it was being refurbished, we got a pint and had a good time there. The breakfast was amazing. Location was also great, very short walk to key parts of Dublin. This hotel feels very luxurious and we had a great experience here!

Was a fantastic stay . Staff especially the receptionist , bar staff both from dinner and breakfast was exceptional service.
Have stayed in lots of hotels in dublin but this one by far is our new favourite and loom forward to returning again! Oh the food was absolutely delicious !!!
