Pros:

The food was great and the staff were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. We felt very safe at this hotel. When I expressed my disappointment that the pool was closed and that we hadn't been given very much notice about this closure, the staff opened the pool up for us to use.

Cons:

Two days before we arrived we received an email that the pool would not be available for use, which was one of the reasons we had booked this hotel. We felt like more notice could have been given as then we would have time to reconsider our selection.

Great hotel, staff and breakfast.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and of the places I stayed in during my travelling around Colombia and Ecuador, the breakfast here was my far the best. 10/10 breakfast.

Room was excellent too and the hotel itself is lovely.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Very nice and comfortable hotel perfectly located near the airport.
Pros:

Beautiful setting with charming decor and garden and pool. Friendly and super efficient staff. We were able to get an airport shuttle booked immediately upon our arrival and were given a breakfast box since we had to leave before breakfast.

Cons:

Our room was a bit noisy and there isn’t any venting system in the bathroom.

Very quaint, old style w. new, well laid out and has all the facilities plus a free airport shuttle
Pros:

Great buffet breakfast and the Airport Shuttle was especially useful for my group.

Cons:

Found the bedroom floor cold and the bed moved probably needs rubber pads under the feet.

Overall a great place
Pros:

Based on a beautiful colonial hacienda with a great set-up, excellent staff and tasty good food. Landscaping and upkeep of gardens well done. Great free shuttle service.

Cons:

Would like some rugs in room and rubber pads on bed''s feet as with the headboard is fixed on the wall and with some pressure the bed slides.
There aren't tea and coffee facilities in the room so the staff said the guests could request a complimentary tea or coffee at anytime.

Great value for the price. Would stay again!
Pros:

The staff at Rincon de Puembo were simply lovely. So accommodation and friendly. The food was spectacular. The complimentary breakfasts were always varied. The ability to order lunch next to the pool is undefeated. So nice to be able to eat by the pool! I also loved that there was a sauna, turkish sauna, jacuzzi, and some workout equipment. So many lovely accommodations!

Cons:

The room felt like a cinderbock. White painted bricks made us feel like we were in a prison. There was only one window in the room, so it was quite dark. The shower didn't drain properly so we were always standing in a pool of water in the shower.

Pros:

Clean and nice hotel with great breakfast! The restaurant also had good food options and everything was delicious. Comfortable beds and the hotel rooms were clean and tidy. It also felt safe. What stands out are the amenities. You can easily spend your vacation just hanging out by the pool here without ever leaving the hotel.
