Overall a great place
Pros:

Based on a beautiful colonial hacienda with a great set-up, excellent staff and tasty good food. Landscaping and upkeep of gardens well done. Great free shuttle service.

Cons:

Would like some rugs in room and rubber pads on bed''s feet as with the headboard is fixed on the wall and with some pressure the bed slides.
There aren't tea and coffee facilities in the room so the staff said the guests could request a complimentary tea or coffee at anytime.

Great value for the price. Would stay again!
Pros:

The staff at Rincon de Puembo were simply lovely. So accommodation and friendly. The food was spectacular. The complimentary breakfasts were always varied. The ability to order lunch next to the pool is undefeated. So nice to be able to eat by the pool! I also loved that there was a sauna, turkish sauna, jacuzzi, and some workout equipment. So many lovely accommodations!

Cons:

The room felt like a cinderbock. White painted bricks made us feel like we were in a prison. There was only one window in the room, so it was quite dark. The shower didn't drain properly so we were always standing in a pool of water in the shower.

Pros:

Clean and nice hotel with great breakfast! The restaurant also had good food options and everything was delicious. Comfortable beds and the hotel rooms were clean and tidy. It also felt safe. What stands out are the amenities. You can easily spend your vacation just hanging out by the pool here without ever leaving the hotel.

Beautiful oasis
Pros:

Clean, very pretty, great staff, excellent breakfast. Very comfortable beds

Cons:

Loud music from place next door that was repetetive. Did switch off at 11am but kept us awake and we had jetlag so we didn't recover.

La comida del día del evento

Cons:

Nunca hubo agua caliente en la ducha , se habló con el personal y lamentablemente no hubo ninguna. Tipo se reparó la habitación con un costo de 160 y lamentablemente verdad faltó mucho .
El desayuno buffete muy poca amplitud de cosas para comer, para el costo que tiene.

Das Zimmer war ziemlich kalt und man konnte leider kein Fenster öffnen. Alle Zimmer gehen zum Innenhof/Gang raus, daher war die Luft im Zimmer schlecht weil man nicht lüften konnte

Pros:

The staff were all wonderful. The grounds were beautiful. The buildings were very nice. A small refrigerator and microwave would have been a real plus as would a small area to purchase food items since it was rather isolated. I think a plunger in the rooms would be a big plus.

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, big rooms great for families. Great breakfast and restaurant on site has a lot of options and food was really good. Enjoyed spa and sauna. Kids loved the pool.
