The location is perfect though finding parking can be difficult with the construction nearby.
Pros:

It was perfectly situated and close to everything, a very fun location.

Cons:

There’s no lobby except a desk on the second floor. The tourist bureaus are located on the ground floor which was useful.

Parfait pour visiter Québec
Pros:

Emplacement idéal face au château de Frontenac au cœur du Vieux Québec. Très belle chambre et salle d’eau magnifique. Au calme absolu (chambre sur cour intérieure).

Ayant réservé longtemps à l'avance je ne m'attendais pas à avoir la chambre la plus mal placé de l’hôtel, vue de la chambre sur la cour intérieure, le mur de la maison d'en face à 3 ou 4 mètres.
A 65 ans c'est la première fois que je suis dans une chambre où il n'y a qu'une seule table et lampe de chevet d'un coté du lit et de l'autre coté un espace libre, lorsque je l'ai fait remarqué à la réception on m'a répondu que c’était normal et qu'il n'avait pas l'intention d'en mettre même lorsque je leur ai demandé.
Impossible de me connecter au wifi sécurisé de la chambre durant 24h, je détectais tous ceux des autres chambres mais pas le mien, je l'ai signalé à la réception et on m'a juste répondu que je n'avais qu'à utilisé le wifi non sécurisé.
En bref je ne pense pas revenir un jour dans cette établissement.

Agréable séjour à Québec!
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité des attraits touristiques. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Seul bémol: l'employée à la réception ne savait pas très bien commene accéder à un stationnement à proximité et, avec tous les travaux, ce fut bien ardu, heureusement nous avons arrêté deux passants très courtois qui nous ont grandement aidé, car nous n'arrêtions pas de tourner en rond sans succès!

Disappointing stay.
Pros:

Location was the redeeming feature. Looks great from outside very clean staff friendly

Cons:

Rooms sparse, pillows hard, hair-dryer was useless. No tea supplied non accessible point for appliances.
