Disappointed in negligent management.
Pros:

Staff were helpful. Location was fantastic -- central to everything inside old town.

Cons:

We were given a room with a broken cooling system. From the moment we arrived, to when we finally were moved to a different room -- for two nights -- the room temp was a steady 26C/80F. We spent two fairly sleepless, hot, sweaty nights. We were told the windows couldn't be opened. Eventually we were told the AC was broken, and a repair company was notified, but that we would have to pay for a better room with a functioning cooling system in the meantime. Guests should double check if the cooling system works, before accepting a room assignment! The hotel should not have given us that room, and maybe if full, could have booked us a room in a nearby comparable hotel until repairs were completed. After two nights, for which we are now still catching up on sleep lost, the receptionist put us in a room with a functioning cooling system and a view of the plaza....and we slept like children. (which we are not!)

Great location, quiet room.
Pros:

Location was directly across from Hotel Frontenac, easily walkable for shopping, eating or sightseeing. Our room, 110, was very large, quiet, bed comfortable, coffee machine.

Cons:

The only drawback, if you could call it that, was the shower floor was slippery because it is made of plastic. And the other problem was getting luggage up & down the front stairs & no one to help.

Excellent choice for a night or two before a cruise!
Pros:

The location is outstanding - across the street from the Chateau Frontenac, Dufferin Terrace and Funicular. Amazing energy.

Cons:

The walls were a bit thin and our neighbors were noisy. We could hear their conversations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again but this was a thing.

Nice staff, location, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Only wish the air conditioner worked.

The air conditioner/heater did not work. The staff provided a fan but it only circulated the stale air.

Pros:

The location was excellent. Easy walk to everything. There were a few stairs to get to the 1st floor and then elevator to the hotel floors. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

They don't have a restaurant in the building. They give you a breakfast discount at the restaurant next door. It doesn't open until 8am
