Emplacement et chambre au TOP
Pros:

L'hôtel ne paye pas de mine vu de l'extérieur, la chambre était magnifique. Le personnel a été agréable et serviable dans l'ensemble. L'emplacement est génial, on traverse la rue et on est au château de Frontenac et à 2 pas des rues du vieux Québec.

Beautiful quiet room with the best location in Quebec City with enough privacy to stay with partner.
Pros:

Location is perfect to visit any tourist attraction, restaurants, and grocery stores. The room was extremely clean and very quiet; we felt quite safe and private when staying in. Service was also very friendly and on-time.

Great location for an Old Quebec trip!
Pros:

This hotel is right in the middle and within minutes walking of everything you want to do in Quebec City. So perfectly located! The staff here were super nice and let us check into our room a few hours early. The room had plenty of space, was super clean and was perfect for our trip. I would recommend this place to anyone going to the city.

Cons:

The only thing is that it is on the second floor of the building and below it is the tourist center. If there wouldn’t have been someone working the counter and who saw us walk in with our suitcase, it would have been hard to find the hotel. The front doors also lock after a certain time (which was great once we had our room key), but if we would have gotten in late in the evening, I’m not sure how we would have gotten in.

Love it!
Pros:

The location is simply incredible. It’s right in the very center, and everything is very close by. The staff are also amazing — they checked me in quickly and even allowed me to enter the room earlier since it was already prepared. I will definitely come back here again in the summer.

Cons:

I can hear everything that’s happening in the hallway. Every time someone slams a door or shouts, it’s very loud. Because of this, I woke up very often during the night.
