We recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great location, wonderful view from the window. We liked that there was an elevator. The bed was comfortable, everything was thought out for comfort and relaxation. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Cons:

The lamp on the table was uncomfortable because it was too bright. But we couldn't do without it. We'd like to be able to adjust the brightness.

The best location available!
Pros:

The location was amazing. The room was a suite. The bathroom was stylish. And, the staff was excellent. If you want to be in the heart of Quebec, this is the room for you.

Un bel interlude
Pros:

Cet hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Nous apprécions sa proximité avec le château Frontenac. Cet hôtel est situé au coeur de l’action, mais nous offre une tranquillité appréciée après une journée à visiter le Vieux Québec. Nous sommes toujours heureux d’y retourner, année après année.

Sehr schönes,ultra zentral gelegenes Hotel mit tollen hohen Räumen Sehr komfortabeles Bett und schönen Möbeln
Das Bad war auch sehr chic mit grosser Glasdusche

Cons:

Am Hotel selbst war alles,wie es sein sollte
Der einzige Kritikpunkt,wo aber das Hotel nichts dafür kann,dass die Beladezone,wo Gäste die anreisen maximal10 Minuten stehen dürfen,von Dauerparkern blockiert wurde

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Tout ! Propreté, grand lit très confortable, chambre spacieuse et bien insonorisée, vue sur le château et emplacement au top.

Cons:

Vraiment un détail : la fourniture de produits de toilette est un peu "réduite". Un effort pourrait être fait à ce niveau là (distributeur par exemple) pour être à la hauteur du reste.

Enjoyed our stay in Quebec. When we return will be booking again at the same hotel.
Pros:

Very clean, had all that was needed and staff very accommodating. Location was excellent.

Cons:

One time pass key did not work but staff remedied the problem immediately.

Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Man kommt überall zu Fuss hin und ist mitten in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und freudliches Personal.

Cons:

Schade das die Reception im ersten Stock ist aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Leider klappt es nicht so gut mit dem Frühstück...Obwohl das Restaurant dazugehört und man 15% Gutschein bekommt wird man wegen Platzmangel abgewiesen obwohl gwnügend Platz da ist oder muss draussen 10 bis ??? warten um einen Platz zu bekommen. Das Frühstück ist toll und sehr lecker! Das gilt auch wenn man Abendessen will. Also Hotelgäste haben keinen Sonderstatus und das finde ich schade!

Absolutely perfect location for seeing Quebec

Location, location , location absolutely perfect

Cons:

Entrance very weird especially coming back after 5pm it was spooky as you have to let yourself in and the business downstairs are all closed for the day so waiting for the lift wasn’t particularly comfortable
