Wonderful place close to 72nd St. quiet and reasonable and we will stay again
Pros:

Wonderful location close to 72nd Beach. She be quiet. And the management hosts were wonderful.

Cons:

They did a great job. The unit was clean and beautiful and wonderful. The common areas could use a little paint / maintenance, but it was still perfect and wonderful.

Pésima estancia lugar en mal estado
Cons:

1. La ubicación dice que es 5 avenida pero en realidad esta en playa 72 está a mas de 10 cuadras de la 5 avenida no es lo que imaginaba.
2. En toda la estancia hubo problemas con el Internet y no se podía ver el TV.
3. No habia colcha solo una sábana muy delgada que no cubrían del frío tuve que pedirle un edredón adicional.
4. El jabón de baño era raro que no daban ganas de usarlo
5 . Las habitaciones no eran como se muestran en las fotos y estaban faltas de mantenimiento, la puerta de vidrio estaba dañada carecia de seguridad y estaban despegadas de la pared literal fue como dormir a la intemperie y con temor de la seguridad, las sábanas estaban manchadas parecía sangre y las llaves del grifo y la ducha botaban agua por todos lados mas adentro que afuera siempre era una aventura ducharse o lavarse los dientes, los armarios estaban sucios y la caja de seguridad se abría con llave lo cual no era tan segura nada.
6.La administrada uso mi tiempo de estancia para arreglar la puerta de vidrio metiendo a personas ajenas en la habitación en dos ocasiones una en mi ausencia estando mis pertenencias ahi, si la habitación y otra estando yo presente estaba yo en el baño y me dijo que en 5 minutos entrarían personas a la habitación para arreglar una puerta violando asi mi privasidad y sin pedirme permiso fue muy incomodo tuve que pedirle que me dejara salir del baño y luego tuve que abandonar la habitación para que esas personas entraran, fue muy desagradable si la habitanción estaba en tal mal estado NUNCA DEBIO ALQUILARLA.
Me sentí decepcionada completamente de ese alquiler las fotos no son lo que parecen NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon Richtung Meer war schön der Rest war zum vergessen.

Cons:

Der Pool auf dem Dach war schmutzig die Bilder entsprechen überhaupt nicht dem aktuellen Zustand. Die Preise komplett überrissen für das was geboten wird.

Quiet, comfortable, convenient and pleasant.
Pros:

Quiet location, peaceful, comfortable room, excellent restaurant nearby for breakfast or lunch, easy access to the beach, moderate 15-minute walk on the pleasant 5th avenue pedestrian walk to restaurants for dinner, safe, very convenient access to excellent nearby scuba and freediving shops, feels much more like Mexico than the other end of Playa del Carmen.

Cons:

Typical Mexican solar hot water delivers only slightly warmer water at best. A bit expensive for what it is.

Pros:

L'emplacement près de la plage 72 et le lever de soleil
La literie assez confortable

Cons:

La douche avec très peu d'eau et bouchée par une grosse poignée de cheveux au niveau de la bouche d'évacuation
Une grosse fuite d'eau à la base du wc qui coule constamment
Le canapé défoncé
La lampe de chevet détruite
Et la fenêtre de la baie vitrée du fond qui ne fermait pas , avec un espace de 10cm.donc ouverte en permanence !

La vista de la recama hacia el océano es hermosa! Es lo que vale toda la pena de la habitación! Me enamoré. Además de que está ubicado en una zona de Playa del Carmen que es muy tranquila y aún no hay tanto ruido por lo que se puede descansar muy a gusto.

I’ve stayed at this property many times over the past 5 years. I have never experienced what I experienced this past time.
The entire building is totally abandoned and falling apart. Stained sheets, totally worn out couch, the light plate fell off when I hit the switch. NO HOT WATER.
I spent a whole morning trying to help the maintenance man fix the boiler. It was totally broken.
I ended up missing an appointment because I couldn’t shower/wash my hair.
I tried using the shower in the room next door that looked like a bodega. No water would come out.
I ended up using another room’s shower that was lukewarm but it was so dirty.
- All the doors were just open, no one running the place, me going in and out of the rooms trying to solve this problem on my own. This went on for 2 days-
All the while I had sent multiple texts to the concierge or woman who was supposed to be running the place. Never ever text me back. It was literally crazy. She never addressed it.
I didn’t leave and go to another place because I hadn’t been feeling well and didn’t have the energy to relocate. It was horrific.
I literally never leave reviews but I had to have them and everyone know. Beware. They need total renovations and to hire a new person to run the place. Crazy.

Pros:

Estaba al lado de la playa

Cons:

Te lo venden como q está en la 5 avenida pero está a 1h andando. Los taxis te cobran un dineral por no ser de ahí. La piscina estaba en mantenimiento y no la pudimos usar, y la playa tenía sargazo cosa que no es culpa del hotel pero por eso cogimos uno con piscina.

Clean. Safe. Quiet. Close to the beach and small restaurants, but far enough away from the tourist areas. This is perfect for people who want a quieter experience and a great beach, seconds from their room.
It is also just down the street from Pranamaya Free dive which offers a variety of excursions. Great people.
