Pros:

Limpieza y profesionalidad. Cerca de la estación y muchísimos restaurantes buenos cerca.

Cons:

No pudimos usar el onsen por motivo de tattos.

Pros:

スタッフの方が皆さん丁寧で優しい対応してくださいました。
部屋、温泉の脱衣所、フロント、レストラン全てにおいて綺麗で清潔感がありました。
アイス、乳酸菌飲料、夜鳴きそば、Welcomeドリンクなど無料のサービスがとても良かったです。
朝のバイキングは品数が多いだけではなく味付けや栄養バランスもとれてとても美味しく頂ました。

Cons:

少しだけ廊下とレストランの冷房が強かったように感じました。

ホテルの駐車場に向かうまでがわかりずらく早目に曲がってしまい右折禁止で同じ道に戻されてしまいました。
駐車場までの細かい地図があるとわかりやすかったと思います。

Pros:

宿泊前後の荷物も預かり。各施設に近く便利だが、とても静かに過ごせる。大浴場も、移動の疲れを取るのにとても良い😄

Cons:

預けてあった荷物、チェックイン時「荷物、お部屋に入れてあります」のひと言がなく、「あれ！？」と一度エレベーターに乗ってからもう一度フロントに確認に戻った。
