Wonderful stay
Pros:

The hotel was exactly as shown in the photos. Exceptionally clean with awesome facilities and a spectacular view of the city. There was so much room for luggage and the shower facilities were great. There were also lots of convenience stores and a matsumiyo right below the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay!

仕事の疲れを癒したくて宿泊しました。
Pros:

チェックインを担当してくださったスタッフの方の対応がとてもプロフェッショナルで親切で、とても良かったです。
ラウンジも快適で、ゆったりとした時間を過ごすことができ、満喫しました。

Cons:

予約した時から特にベッドを楽しみにしていましたが、私にはマットレスが少し硬く感じられ、あまりよく眠られませんでした。
朝食はメニューがとても豊富で、どれも美味しく大変満足しましたが、アーモンドミルクなどのノンダイアリーミルクの選択肢があると、さらに嬉しいと感じました。

Mooi uitzicht
Pros:

* prachtig uitzicht, hotellobby op de 31e verdieping
* mooi hotel

Cons:

* hoofdingang heb ik niet gevonden. We zijn er maar bij de conferentiezaal uitgegaan. Geen idee waar de hoofdingang was als je niet via de garage kwam.
* ontbijt voor €25 viel tegen
* de gym had niet veel apparaten

期待外れ
Pros:

ドライヤーがよかった。

Cons:

壁や床の劣化目立つ。周囲ビルの照明不足で眺望が期待通りではなかった。タオルを掛ける場所がない。シンクのポップアップ排水が適切に保守されてなかった。洗面所が暗い。

Cons:

エレベーターのスライドドアの平面に静電気に依るホコリが付着している。しかも、ライトで目立って見えた。（ホコリが舞うのが目視で確認出来る）特に31階のロビー。
