Pros:

轉角房景色真的一絕

Cons:

說是四人房，但是只有兩張床是正常的。有一張床是在房間中間的，頭尾懸空。還有一張靠旁邊的床很小很短，只適合160公分的人睡。然後電視在沙發正後方，只能躺在床上看，角度也不對，充其量只是裝飾品。很明顯是行政房改的，格局超級莫名。地點也很尷尬，是在後站不是前站，在冬天零度的晚上，離前站雖然直線距離只有一公里多，但是真的要走到地鐵站還是要繞一段路，冬天真的會冷到不想走這麼遠。

Nice comfortable room with great views
Pros:

Prince group does live up to its name. Room is bright and cheerful. Located on the highest floor off the tower, it gave immersive and impressive views of the area. Place was easy to reach and liked the parking. Location was great to access the nearby malls and places of interest.

Cons:

Long wait for the hotel lift to reach the lobby at peak hours as the hotel lobby is on the 20+flr before you can access the internal hotel room lifts

距離地鐵站非常近，有空橋很方便，只是該站所做的地鐵線非熱門線路，要預留等車時間。房間寬敞、浴廁分離有浴缸，床也很舒適，整體乾淨明亮。

部屋からの景観、31階フロワーのトイレからの景観が素晴らしい。
ウェルカムサービス、モーニングデュッフェが良かった。
シャンプー、コンディショナーが良かった。

Cons:

バスタブがザラザラしていた。
化粧をするとき、洗面台に椅子があれば良いのだが、狭くて置けないが残念。

Don't come here if you're expecting 5-star amenities, you will be disappointed

Amazing view. Staff were lovely and helpful. Ok location

Cons:

We've been in Japan for 8 weeks and this was our first 5-star hotel experience. We decided after many AirBNB's, pensions, 3 and 4 star hotels and home stays that we would splurge on a 5-star hotel to show the kids where we stay when we're on business. What can I say? It was a massive disappointment. We paid the same amount of money the night before for a 3 star hotel with pretty much the same room layout and similar amenities/service for 20% of price.

Biggest waste of money!!!!
The breakfast was ok but the price was exorbitant.
Few gluten free options and no GF bread which is common to have now in 5-star hotels.
Restaurant was booked out for dinner so we had to go elsewhere - the first time I've ever had at a hotel.
We had to pay 1,000 yen each to have the pleasure of drinking at the bar on top of our drinks. And we were the only people there.
No in-room service
No streaming
No phone to reception, so had to go down at mid night to get an extra blanket
