Pros:

Grundsätzlich war alles wie wir es uns erhofft haben. Freundlichen Personal, stets saubere Unterkunft. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden nochmal kommen.

Cons:

Frühstück vielleicht etwas eintönig, eine Woche ist okay danach bräuchten wir eine kleine Abwechslung. Aber das ist nicht schlimm.

C est pas pratique du tout pour les touristes qui ne parlent pas anglais ou japonais. les écrans de bord pour avoir les chambres et rentrés les identités sans personnels ne sont pas pratique. Perte de temps

Highly recommend because the hotel is so clean and room smells amazing!
Pros:

The location was great and the shuttle to Disney was perfect! The breakfast was delicious and a perfect amenity. The staff were very helpful when asked questions, too!

Cute but over-hyped.
Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean and dinosaurs were cool

Cons:

Breakfast only had Japanese options. This is understandable but would be nice to indicate this as it’s a very touristy hotel. One of the dinosaurs moved but didn’t talk.

きちっとした室内と他には無いサービスはとてもお勧めできる。
Pros:

朝食も種類もあり、量も満足。午後に食べれるドリンクとクッキーが最高！　　1階でゆっくり出来るスペースがあるのは有難い。自室にあった、洋服のクリーナーも便利、自室に居る間にジャケットでも綺麗にできる、こんなの他のホテルでは無かった。

Cons:

ホテルの場所を探している時にすぐ分かるシンボルマークとかあると、分かり易いと思う。しっかり見ないと見過ごしてしまうかも。後室内の照明の使い方を簡単に説明して欲しい。壁の照明、就寝時のスイッチの使い方等、自分の様な年配者には親切かも。

Great location for Disney and Tokyo. Nice neighbourhood, great staff, very clean.
Pros:

Good location, nice clean building. Staff was very nice and helpful. There was a curry breakfast for people who like that, coffee and biscuits during the afternoon and in the evening you could make your own cocktail. There was the option to take the hotel bus to Disney as well. It’s nice to see the dinosaurs at the lobby every time you enter or leave!

Cons:

The beda were a bit hard for my taste even though I prefer harder beds.

Pros:

The hotel's theme was really interesting, and it was in a great location. All the necessary amenities were provided. I especially appreciated the beverage machine, which was available during the day.

Cons:

The room was small, but I think that's standard for hotels in Japan, so we have nothing to complain about. The only thing we were dissatisfied with was the breakfast, as they served the exact same thing every day with very little to choose from.
