Central location, next to the beach
Seashells in Phu Quoc is a truly beautiful hotel that impressed me in many ways. The entire property is clean and well-maintained, and the location is ideal—just a few minutes away from the night market. A highlight is definitely the stunning infinity pool with a great view, as well as the clean and well-kept beach area. The service was excellent throughout, and everything met my expectations perfectly. I was even welcomed with a complimentary tea at check-in, which made for a very nice first impression. Another great perk was the free shuttle service to and from the airport. I especially appreciated that I received an official notice one day before my departure with clear details about the pick-up time and location, which made the whole process very smooth and well organized—overall a truly excellent service.
One small downside is the noise level if your room faces the street. In the evenings, it can get quite loud due to passing cars and motorbikes. Additionally, upon my arrival, I asked for a bottle opener to open my soda bottles, but unfortunately, I never received one throughout my entire stay, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and more than sufficient, but I did miss having freshly squeezed orange juice. Especially for guests like me who are not big on breakfast and may skip it altogether, it would be nice to at least have access to a good coffee and a fresh orange juice. Instead, there was only a very sweet passion fruit juice and watermelon available.
Another point I would like to mention is the deposit handling. The deposit amount that was authorized or charged at check-in has still not been released or refunded, even three days after my check-out. This is something that could definitely be improved, as a quicker release of the deposit would be more reassuring for guests.
Aside from these points, everything else was to my full satisfaction.

Great location, large spacious room.
Given the size of the hotel, there are not many pool loungers to go around, there are quite a few selfish guests (not hotels fault) that like to save the loungers but not actually use them.
Beds are on the harder side.

Ocean view sunset,pool,staff and good location
Check in process was a bit confusing as we had to wait for all departing guests to be checked out first.
Great breakfast, rooms were very good, view from the balcony was exceptional.
The pool had visible mould, which was disappointing, and the bar ran out of wine two of the 3 days we were there by lunch time

Красивый отель, большой и удобный номер. В номере было все необходимое, даже пляжная сумка и соломенные шляпы. На улице хороший большой бассейн с видом на море. Завтрак очень разнообразный, большой выбор блюд.
Плохо работал телевизор, начинал зависать через 10 минут и так постоянно.

Goed ontbijtbuffet met ruime keuze voor iedereen. Mooi gelegen aan strand met mooi zwembad en dichtbij night market.
Aantal ligbedden is beperkt en niet voldoende om alle gasten te accommoderen. Hotel voldoet niet altijd aan 5 sterren standaard: 1e dag bij lunch: sorry de witte wijn die we schenken per glas is op. U kunt een andere fles witte wijn nemen of een glas rood. Op dag 3 was er nog steeds geen witte wijn die per glas geschonken werd.
Good location, room is comfortable, lots of Spa and restaurants around the area, few minutes walk to night market. Staffs are helpful.
