Pros:

スタッフが急病とのことで、ホテル内の飲食店が閉鎖になっていた。
急遽、外での食事になったが、狭い山道を15分走らないと飲食店は無く、また数が少なかった。
スタッフの対応は、接触した方全て良い方で親切な対応を頂いて好感が持てました。
悪い評価になった理由ですが、19時に入室時から退出の翌朝9時までの間、部屋の天井辺りから、パチパチというがポンポンと異音が常にしており気になった事（動画撮影済み）
最悪なのは、12日の2時から5時30分までの間、隣の部屋だと思いますが（客はおらず、ドアにストッパーを掛けてドアが空いている状態）壁を叩く音というか、釘でも打っているような音が続き一睡も出来なかったこと。心霊現象かと思いました。
あと、1階の部屋でしたが上階のトイレを流す音が物凄い音で聞こえ、、やはり気になって困りました。

Overall a nice Onsen hotel located on the top of the hill. Will be tough if u dun drive. We arrived after last light and it is very dark as there’s no lights going up. But it is still ok. The staff at reception was very helpful to assist in calling a nearby restaurant to check if there’re open for dinner.

森林ホテルで温泉を
Pros:

ゴルフ場併設のホテルなのでリゾート感はそれなり。でも森の中に佇む感じは良い。
蒜山高原や湯原温泉が近いのでセットで楽しめます。
温泉は広く良かったです。

リニューアルされていると思いますが、設備と設計がいかんせん旧い。部屋も少しノイジーで、エアコンの温度調整もできない（風量調整は可能）。
また、wi-fiが、場所によっては驚くほど遅い

お盆に夫婦で１泊
Pros:

公道からホテル入り口への道が細くて最初、本当にこの先にホテルあるのと言う感じでまさに森の中のホテルでした。２階建てで２階の客室まで階段と言うのがちょっとですが、他はお風呂も綺麗で部屋も天井が高くて、朝食のビュッフェも色々あってとても快適でした。
