Important information:

The Hip Resort @ Phi Phi offers a long-tail boat transfer from Ton Sai Pier to the property. Upon arrival at Ton Sai Pier, guests are kindly asked to look for the property's staff holding a sign written as "The Hip Resort @ Phi Phi". This pick up service costs THB 100 per person and will only be available up until 17:15 hrs. Guests are advised to contact the property for more information and the boat schedule.

Please note that the boat ride will take 15- 40 minutes depending on the route and weather conditions.

During May until September, reservation for 1 or 2 nights, there is a boat transfer fee of 1000 baht round trip, stay 3 nights or more will be offer the free boat transfer.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Anyone looking for an affordable space to stay in phi phi may consider this, they have a pool and the whole deal is good value for money. They provided pick and drop services from the phi phi

Cons:

Its far away a remote island near Sai PHi PHi resort, if you want to have a night activity there are not much option, its very quiet at night.

Bra beliggenhet. Ligger på den delen av øya som er rolig.

Cons:

Badet luktet kloakk og dolokket var løst. Sengen var veldig hard. Det var insekter på den ene dørkarmen, noe som gav en følelse av at det ikke var helt rent. Skulle egentlig bo der 5 dager, men det ble til 2.

Cute cheap place to say with all the facilities you need
Pros:

It was beautiful, really good lay out and the man on the front of house was super friendly !

Le personnel était adorable,
L’emplacement était top pour nous ! Ravis d’être loin des foules de Koh Phiphi et au cœur de ce village local
La piscine est un +
Frigo avec bouteilles d’eau et bouilloire dispo dans les chambres

Cons:

Les salles de bain mériteraient un peu plus de nettoyage
Pas de wifi disponible dans les chambres mais fonctionne très bien à la réception

When we arrived to the island the transfer was not there to pick us up, we had to wait on the beach for nearly 2 hours. When we got to the room there was no running water to the shower or taps for several hours, when we had water there was a constant leak from the piper under the sink. There are no sun loungers by the pool as shown on the images. The room was dirty, pillow cases, mattress and bed cover all stained, bed uncomfortable, the garden / terrace was not private and we had people walking through during the day / evening. There was never anyone on reception and when you tried to contact them via WhatsApp there was no answer. We found several cockroaches in the room, we tried to contact reception to change room but there was no answer. Definitely would not stay here again.

A great location on the quieter side of the island, making for a very peaceful stay.
Pros:

It is located on a quiet side of the island, very relaxed location which we really enjoyed. There are ample restaurants on your doorstep with fantastic food. 3 minute walk from a beautiful, quiet beach.

Cons:

The hotel is located very close to a mosque, so there is a call to prayer 3 times a day, including 5am. This did wake us up the first couple of nights, but once we bought earplugs it was fine. Just something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

In order to get to the hotel you have to walk through the sea to a long tail boat which brings you to the side of the island so make sure your luggage is something you’re able to carry.

Also bed is very firm.
