Nice hotel with great staff but an overall upgrading of services would be better
Pros:

Cosy hotel with very helpful staff. Located in the centre of town which makes it accessible to places of interest (funicular train, restaurants etc).

Cons:

There is a small, steep uphill walk to the hotel which can be challenging to elderly persons.
Breakfast is not buffet. Need to choose either 1 western or asian dish with coffee. Thats it

Chỗ nghỉ ở ngay trung tâm, đi lên 1 cái dốc khá cao nhưng thuận tiện đi các điểm. Lễ tân nhiệt tình, phòng dọn sạch sẽ. Ủng hộ các bạn lần sau..

Will really be an option when I go back to Sapa.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Located near the sapa station. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast choices are limited. There are times while showering, the water becomes iced cold.
