Exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable
Pros:

The hotel is in city center and 2 mins away from Sun Plaza. It is near all the good restaurants, pick up point, and viral attractions. The room is as you see it in the pictures. The owner is very nice and helpful. Offers cheaper prices for transpo and activities! English speaking too! Breakfast is wonderful and good. Highly recommended!

Cons:

None. It was perfect. I enjoyed Sapa more because my family stayed here. We are 10 people and all satisfied.

中心地に近いほのぼのとした家族経営のお宿
Pros:

家族経営と思われる、ほのぼのとした感じのホテル。その為もあってか、スタッフは全員とても親切。
ロケーションもサパ教会のある広場からすぐ。50mほど坂を登らなといけないが、価格を考えれば十分便利でお得。
朝食はフォーと洋食のオムレツから選べる。
（設備とは直接関係ないが、看板犬のBichon Friseがとっても可愛い）

Cons:

設備の老巧化は否めない。　泊まった部屋では電球がいくつか切れていたし、冷蔵庫が壊れたままだった。だだ、基本的な清掃はちゃんとできている。

The location. It was at the town center short distance to restaurants and shops. People are friendly and helpful
- View from.our room on 4th floor was reasonable and overlooked the main square.
- Disposable toiletries were provided

Cons:

Negatives....
- Storage space is just a neich in the wall with 4 hangers
- Linen is freshly laundered however needs an upgrade (cream instead of white)
- - Mattress of both beds were hard and springs could be felt while sleeping
- Bathroom wet and dry area segregation was not adequate resulting in the area around commode being in a perminant puddle of water after we showered
- Glasses and cup provided were not washed when we checked in (1 cup and 2 glasses were provided only)
- TV on provides few local vietnamese channels
- Noted numerous cochroaches in the room... (especially around the coffee counter area)

Nice hotel with great staff but an overall upgrading of services would be better
Pros:

Cosy hotel with very helpful staff. Located in the centre of town which makes it accessible to places of interest (funicular train, restaurants etc).

Cons:

There is a small, steep uphill walk to the hotel which can be challenging to elderly persons.
Breakfast is not buffet. Need to choose either 1 western or asian dish with coffee. Thats it
